Frustrating user experience issues

Good courses from great universities. But very poor user experience. Problems with video - you can’t just rewind, 60% of the cases you will face “unexpected problem”, “ the page takes longer to load than expected” (and there is definitely no problem of my connection). If you browse courses by keyword and want to go one step back - no way, do you have start from the very beginning. No logic in storage of saved courses. If these issues could have been fixed, I would love the app.

App needs a revamp

Scrolling through the video always end up interfering with the app switching gesture on iPad. Videos get the error “taking longer to load. Please try again” often despite having downloaded the videos. Video downloads are low-res. Notifications not working at all, so can’t follow up with discussions. Some components work best on the web browser? More like most components except the videos. Doesn’t even support multitasking, so can’t take notes well while learning on iPad. Courses and materials are excellent, but this platform needs a revamp. The experience on other renowned online learning platforms is much better.
