But it can also put your devices and identity at risk. If you want extra peace of mind and to better protect your devices and identity, look no further than EE Cyber Security Powered by Norton™. You can add EE Cyber Security to your EE mobile plan, and it comes with a range of features to help keep you protected on either 2 or up to 15 devices. For that, you’ll get a range of features, including: Dark Web Monitoring-Online fraud and data breaches are on the rise and if information is taken it could end up on the Dark Web. We’ll regularly monitor if your personal information is on the dark web, which includes email addresses, bank or investment account numbers, credit card numbers, phone numbers, physical addresses, insurance accounts, driver’s license numbers, mother’s maiden name, and gamer tags and notify you if any of it has been found so you can act fast. Device Security-Device Security offers real-time protection against ransomware, viruses, spyware, malware, and other online threats. It also monitors and helps block unauthorised traffic, as well as helping to protect your private and financial information when you go online. On iOS devices, it alerts you when your operating system is out of date, so you can take action to secure and protect your device against its vulnerabilities that cybercriminals may use to take control of it or steal your personal information. Online Threat Protection-Our advanced security technology helps stop the latest attacks before they reach your device. Our goal is to help protect your private and financial information when you go online. Social Media Monitoring-Social media is full of great stuff, but it can be a dangerous place too. Social Media Monitoring is here to help. It monitors your accounts on the most popular social media sites and notifies you of suspicious activity, like changes to your account settings, unusual logins and risky links in your posts. SMS Security-Cybercriminals are not just targeting emails for scams but now text messages too. SMS Security helps to identify text messages with unsafe links, notifying you so you don’t put your personal information at risk. Report Card-Get a summary of all the activities that we've done to help protect you, your device and the information stored on it in the last 30 days. Password Manager-When you’re leading a busy life, it can be hard enough to remember what day it is, never mind remembering that 12-digit passcode for your bank account. And using the same or weak passwords can make your accounts vulnerable to cybercriminals’ attacks. That’s where Norton Password Manager comes in. It’s a one stop shop for managing your passwords, credit card information and other credentials, more securely and in one place. And if your password inspo is running dry, Norton Password Manager can even generate strong passwords for greater peace of mind. It’s all here in one app and it’s ready to help protect you, in one simple solution, wherever you are. Operating systems supported: iPhone Requires iOS 14.0 or later. iPad Requires iPadOS 14.0 or later. iPod touch Requires iOS 14.0 or later. T&C’s No one can prevent all cybercrime or identity theft. Dark Web Monitoring is not available in all countries. Monitored information varies based on country of residence. It defaults to monitor your email address and begins immediately. Sign into your account to enter more information for monitoring. Social Media Monitoring is only available on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. On Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn only account takeover feature is available. Does not include monitoring of chats or direct messages. May not identify cyberbullying, explicit, or illegal content or hate speech. iMessages not supported. Subscription details 30 day rolling contract. You can cancel and manage your EE Cyber Security subscription via your My EE account. ## EE Cyber Security Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple112/v4/09/e5/b2/09e5b263-a674-5081-1ee0-ce9d71c907ad/b40c7f59-aba7-491c-9f38-80dcce42de21_01_Splash.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple122/v4/6a/7f/41/6a7f413f-7309-c9c2-19af-a0b2cd325734/3e719870-917b-498e-b413-eac9a7e5a98e_02_Splash.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple112/v4/f3/10/0f/f3100fe2-17c6-8f77-fc62-95907f271103/44290f95-b463-44d2-82aa-bdc07ad51904_03_Main_UI.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple122/v4/23/37/cc/2337cc90-29a1-6484-6803-3caf0d3c917c/08b606d3-c1b2-4663-8573-a20a28f661c1_04_IDTP.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple122/v4/77/77/2e/77772edc-2400-b45c-29c9-396ce30120dd/03d50083-f7ab-4beb-9bf2-f35002e2eb51_05_Device_Security.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple112/v4/15/3f/f7/153ff7d8-6bc7-86c2-ae1f-9ebeb17deec5/00a57c81-e469-400f-b935-a26a0d8c85e4_06_Social_media.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple112/v4/75/30/32/753032ce-d6bb-fa7a-d338-4f3aece0c24d/34a53fa4-8a0c-484c-8f8f-7ebe3c9f305b_07_Report.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple112/v4/00/7a/39/007a39ad-137e-0134-1d5d-81ef38f347a9/718330dc-75ee-489e-91ed-8a97a1064d0b_08_SMS_Security.png/1242x2688.png) ## EE Cyber Security Rating Breakdown in United Kingdom - 5 stars: 22 (46%) - 4 stars: 1 (2%) - 3 stars: 1 (2%) - 2 stars: 7 (15%) - 1 stars: 17 (35%) ## EE Cyber Security Reviews in United Kingdom ### ***-- "Good concept and pricing, need urgent improvements" The app is good for the price you’re paying, most of the time it does the job but at the moment is a major battery hog. Also a spam call ID/blocker would be a very nice addition since the app already has an junk SMS detector. -- anpop, 2024-06-02 ### *---- "Don’t subscribe to the 15 device add on" Thought this was a good idea, particularly as there are 3 phones, two tablets and two laptops in the house. So subscribed to the 15 device option. Installed on my phone and configured easily. Time to allocate a licence to my wife’s phone. Installed okay, but then needs to login. But… if she tries to log in, she’s not recognised. If I log into her phone, it gets populated with all the info I’m protecting. That’s bad enough in itself. Add to that of having to log myself into every device and it quickly becomes tedious, unsafe and poor practice. So, to the ee website. Help says to call 150. Contact there has no idea. I have to contact Norton. Sends me a link which just takes me to the support page for Norton products. Nothing specific to ee cyber security. So, search the Norton support site - after switching country to Europe, UK. Nothing. It’s like they’ve never heard of ee. A Google of the issue show other people with the same problem and getting equally as little help. Went into an ee store and their people there were unable to help either. So, even though I subscribed online, I’m not able to cancel the subscription immediately. I unsubscribed anyway but I’m stuck with it until the next bill date. This is really poor from ee. Don’t release a service if you can’t support it. Heck, don’t release a service if you know absolutely nothing about it! £5 wasted, but live and learn. It doesn’t end there though. Considered taking out two x two device subscriptions. But that wouldn’t work either as both phones are on the same contract. So the login issue would still be there. If you only have your own phone and another device in your name, then this is worth considering. Otherwise, avoid. Final point, which isn’t a complaint but a thought. If you use this app to the full, you’re giving all your sensitive data to Norton. What if Norton gets hacked? -- 6das6, 2024-04-26 ### *---- ""EE's £2 Offer: Seriously Disappointing!"" Well, well, well, EE, seriously? This is what you offer for £2? Frankly, it’s a bit underwhelming, don’t you think? Disappointing doesn’t even begin to cover it. -- Meet The Boy, 2024-03-26 ### *---- "Battery Leech" While the app is really good, I don’t understand why now for the last 3 months this app has been such a leech on my battery. Over 63% battery usage in the background! It should not need to consume that much power to protect my phone. -- Tech CH, 2024-03-14 ### **--- "Crashes//Won't Open - Macbook 2023" Just opens and crashes on the new Macbook Pro 2023. No easy way to report to EE either -- Jamie K , 2024-02-28 ### **--- "Server error etc." 09/11 - Unable to log in due to Server error! 🤦🏻‍♂️ A few days ago I logged in ok but I was unable to complete the ID Theft Protection. 🤦🏻‍♂️ If the above continues I will look elsewhere. -- Rence72, 2023-11-10 ### ***** "Very important safety for your iPhone" I brought this for my iPhone as I had been scammed & I wish this was with every EE Sim Card or phone contract as it just gives you more security especially as well as piece of mind. -- Simon Matthews, 2023-10-18 ### *---- "Rubbish" Won’t even let you register for an account even though all the personal details have a green tick -- Matt0371, 2023-05-27 ### *---- "Security Norton" Rubbish anti theft doesn’t work 😡😡 -- BIKERBABE43, 2023-05-16 ### *---- "ID Theft Protection not monitoring" Works intermittently but most of the time it’s not monitoring The ID Theft Protection-shows Sevice Unavailable. Also not able to get assistance from EE or Norton -- Useless 123z, 2023-03-06 [View all EE Cyber Security reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## EE Cyber Security Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Productivity | #182 | ## EE Cyber Security Discovered Keywords -
