A few years ago I could simply pop on the app, check my balance, minutes, texts, and data with just one click of a button. Now it doesn’t give me any information at all on my information, literally nothing! So for me to get the information I have to text in, and by doing so it gives me minimal information.. I don’t get info on my boosts which I have earned which is annoying. Also when it comes to having to top up, previously I could just do so on the app with one simple click, now I have to call in, and EVERY time I have to be put through to customer service’s because they are trying to sell me something (it takes at least 15 minutes just to top up which is irritating, plus I don’t want to have to explain why I don’t want your contract and why I like to use PAYG, every month). The app is literally an Alibaba of internet subscriptions and devices they are trying to sell, not an app to manage your current plans with them (at least for pay as you go customers, which if I’m honest I have a feeling they are trying to push out and make things as uncomfortable as possible for them so they upgrade to a contract. There pops up some comment on it ‘we have listened’ to who exactly? Seems like you got a few managers in a room with a few it people and said Customers want more - no they don’t - they want it to work - to see about five things, your balance, how much data, how much texts, how many Minutes - that’s it.. you absolute muppets! And don’t get me going about the SIM card I just got that says 75gb for £15 free texts and calls - it’s not! It’s blatant miss selling! Look at the thing how it is sold on the supermarket shell - it says no where about a connection of £1o that gives you 8gb for £10 I am actually appalled at how pathetic you guys are top to bottom. How it’s miss sold and mis represented. How it takes up to 5 days to migrate a number when there are like 3 actual mobile phone companies when you look at how they are actually owned. How much of a nightmare it is to register then login and get live info on your account. How to actually find where on earth this info is. You need to get rid of your IT people. Stoop letting them tell you it’s your fault they just give you what you ask of them … and they didn’t understand the business. Sack them - get a company in that aren’t children who don’t say it’s not my job he told me to do it blame him. If you’re roaming and the service isn’t working there’s zero chance of getting help.
