WHAT OTHER USERS ARE SAYING:

“Awesome app, constant and powerful improvements”
This app was worth every penny I paid for it back when I bought it years ago. Since then, I’ve regularly used it at work and found it to be an excellent, quick tool to use. The most impressive aspect of this app are the constant and VERY impressive updates! Massive feature additions and very easy to use interface! The list of capabilities this app has makes it an amazing value for truly anyone involved in electronics.

“Latest version makes this an exceptional tool”
The EE Toolkit was always a very useful tool, but with the additions in the latest version it is truly an exceptional tool. The author is extremely diligent in managing bugs and improving the tool.

“A superb app highly recommended”
Fantastic application. Very useful. Always updated. Good developer. Lots of great bonus tools. Just love it.

This app is so good. Invaluable resource for diy-ers

Aviatorbja on

This app gets better every year. Everything is in one place. Very logical. Incredible reference for electrical engineers or DIYers. Extremely good value as well.

Invaluable

P. Master Flex on

The amount of information available in this app is astonishing. Concepts are explained in a way that is easy to understand in a pinch. Saved me lots of time and frustration filling in those learning gaps. Thank you!

BJT ICON FOR 2N3904 DOESN’T EXIST IN APP!!!

RUSS LIQUID on

THE PICTURE FOR THE BJT TRANSISTORS SHOWS A 2N3904 HOWEVER THAT COMPONENT IS MISSING, AS DOES MOST OF THE LOW NOISE GENERAL PURPOSE PARTS… WHY BOTHER SHOWING A TRANSISTOR AS THE VISUAL DESCRIPTION OF A TOOL IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO INCLUDE IT… PRETTY BUMMED SINCE MOST THE ELECTRICAL DESIGN I DO IS FOR AUDIO AND YOUR MISSING SOME KEY COMPONENTS. BOO!

Exactly the same as Electronic Toolbox Pro universal

Fcrrhhfg on

I paid for this app because I already had Electronic Toolbox Pro universal on my iPhone and iPad, and it is so useful. I would give it five stars. I thought an app for the iPad would be different, and optimized for the iPad, but it is exactly the same. I asked the developer if there were any differences, but a week has passed and I have received no response. I don’t mind paying for useful apps, but resent having to pay for one, just to find that it is exactly the same as one I already paid for and not get an answer from the developer. There is one difference. The color of the icon is green instead of red.

So farlooks good and worth the price to have so many functions in one app without ads!

One thing you could add is wiring for a On On On switch. These are common in both guitar and amplifier design, especially where off might have negative effects! Otherwise, this looks like a very useful app!

Wish I had this 40 years ago

Dating myself, I got into aerospace engineering at the same time the HP45 hit the scene. Goodbye slide rule (I still have two in a desk drawer). As great as a scientific calculator was, this app would also have greatly enhanced my work w-a-y back then. I am mostly on to other things in my last life, but still frequently find myself needing electronics info. I bought this several years ago, before I had an iPad, not noticing one as necessary. NOW, I have an iPad, which I use for remote controlling digital audio consoles (among other things), so can finally make use of this app. I see that it is missing pin-outs for USB-C connectors, but expect that to be rectified soon. Keep up the good work.

Best app for 8 years

macphoto77 on

I bought his app over 8 years ago and use it almost daily. Tons of great info and continual updates.

Awesome. Just awesome.

Mkeymont on

So much to dig into in this app, and it keeps getting better with every release. Must have for makers and engineers alike.

Ee toolkit and eetoolkit Pro on iPad

eefreak on

No option to go back to menu page to change selection? Once I select resistors for example I am not able to go back and select capacitors or any other option. Only way to break out to start page is power cycle the iPad? This problem is obviously some sort of screwup and needs to be fixed!

Really great!

Ben can too on

This app is well made and fun to use. Great tool!
