App doesn’t update balances from Friday night till Monday morning.

Need to be able to transfer funds to external accounts

It is easy to manage my accounts using the online interface

It would be awesome if when I made a payment on my credit card if it would pull the money immediately that way, I don’t accidentally overdraw every once in a while just a thought. Thank you.

EECU has the nicest and most helpful people, it’s always a nice experience to go to the Perrin & Summerville branch for all my banking needs, thanks EECU. If they worked for me I would consider giving them all a raise.

Easy to navigate but lacking a lot in new areas that other banks offer such as Zelle and being able to send and receive funds more simplistically.

The app worked perfectly before and I would use it daily. I have multiple login credentials due to a personal and joint account. The app before the update worked flawlessly. I was able to log into one using the user id and password or tell it to do Face ID for the other. The latest update does not allow my iPhone to automatically fill the credentials which makes switching between the cumbersome because only one can have Face ID active.

I’ve never had a bad experience with any banking associate, employee or service. This credit union has offered me over many many years of being a member.

It’s a toss up if you’ll be able to log into your account or not. Sometimes I try to log into my account and it’ll load forever and time out. Closing the app and doing it again works sometimes but most times it doesn’t and gives me an infinite loading or it’ll display my page but now any account information like how much money I have in my account
