I agree with these reviews, it’s good but good enough, this app can be great. Its interface and app is very outdated, need a update to make the app more pleasing and satisfying to use. More organized mobile banking app with modern style interfaces! Everything should be accessible on mobile app! Thank you.

Great bank but, I joined the Army, so I switched over to Navy Federal. So my problem is why do you intentionally make it so hard to transfer my funds to a different (external)account. Systems are outdated, don’t support plainko. Added accounts in both apps NFCU & EECU. Checked the website no dice! The only way to do it is transfer funds which I finally did after try and try again. 1-2 weeks later my test of a $1 check finally goes through. The rest of my balance from the second check does not! Now, I have to write a consent paragraph “I “name” blah blah” take videos of me verify it’s me, my money, and my consent that my mom is going in person for me to get this sorted.

Love the bank and have been with them for more than 10 years, but I hate the app. It always gives an error and rarely loads my account info. The fact that I cant see what I have in my accounts without having to go to a location makes me want to switch banks.

Overall the app is good. It tells you ahead of time when it’s down for maintenance. It gives you pretty accurate info. Sometimes during the weekends though it won’t take money out of your account untill Monday and it throws off your balance.
