Ihr Gebäude verfügt über verschiedene Dienstleistungen in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumen, wie z. B. Ihre Gemeinschaftswaschküche oder die Ladestationen für Elektroautos in Ihrem Parkhaus. Wir verbinden die Geräte in den gemeinsam genutzten Bereichen Ihres Gebäudes mit Ihrem Benutzerkonto für eine einfache Nutzung. Sie haben ein Guthaben auf Ihrem Konto, das Sie nach Belieben gutschreiben können. Dieses Guthaben ist für die Nutzung der Dienste Ihres Gebäudes bestimmt. DIE VERWENDUNG Von Ihrem iPhone aus können Sie Ihr Benutzerguthaben mit folgenden Methoden aufladen: Kreditkarte (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), E-Banking, PostFinance, TWINT, PayPal oder per QR-Rechnung. Sie können die Verfügbarkeit der Geräte (Waschmaschinen oder Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge) in Echtzeit prüfen und reservieren*. Nach Ihrer Nutzung wird der Saldo Ihres Kontos automatisch abgebucht. Mit der Funktion "Automatisches Guthaben" können Sie auch das Hinzufügen eines Guthabens für einen bestimmten Betrag automatisieren, wenn das Guthaben aufgebraucht ist. UNSERE DIENSTLEISTUNGEN vesta® : Management- und Zahlungslösung für Gemeinschaftswäschereien Prüfen Sie die Verfügbarkeit von Maschinen über Ihr iPhone. Gehen Sie dann in den Waschraum und aktivieren Sie die Maschine über den Touchscreen, der sich in der Nähe der Maschinen befindet, indem Sie Ihren persönlichen Code eingeben, den Sie bei der Registrierung erhalten haben. Könnte man einzelne Tage wählen und müsste nicht durch eine ganze Woche scrollen, wäre die Übersicht schon viel besser. So wie die App jetzt ist, ist sie alles andere als praktisch.
