The login experience is quite glitchy on iOS. It doesn’t have any user feedback on pressing the login arrow, so I tapped it a few times and then my account was locked and I now have to call them. Also had problems renaming my wifi, and then the app and the devices were out of sync (devices broadcasting old name), and app showing new name Hardware is great though.
EeroOS 17.4.1.26 has somehow affected how this app works, access to the gateway has dropped out several times forcing me to keep logging in and verifying, very frustrating. No data is lost but maybe the iPhone app needs to be updated again.
Instead of improving and making it easier to read, you made it harder to read !! Hire a proper graphic designer to help you with improving the visibility and making those tabs/tables stand out, distinguishing from white background ! As it is, it’s all very washed out ! And to make it even worse, you match the shade in the text too - how dumb ! Still no Channel options ?
What’s an NTD? What’s an NCD? Says I should have them? Tried to call help desk, on hold for ages. Am I back with Telstra???
Very easy to use. No need for professional help. If you can read then you can do it on your own
Just let us plug the damn thing in and get into an admin panel and setup bridge mode and whatever we want. Demanding an app, harvesting phone numbers and emails — absolutely infuriating and insulting. Amazing hardware but I wish they never sold to Amazon and I wish they would provide a better out of box experience to people who have the slightest clue about networking.
Unable to set up as the internet is dodgy, eg speeds of 2-30 mbs but variable as I have a fault on the line
Great App, easy to set up with gateway and range extender, seems to have better coverage than the much larger Orbi system that it has replaced.
Really? Locking metrics / week on week view behind a paywall? The routers are already expensive enough, less greed, more Customer Obsession please. Sad to see a PM / the business ok’d this.
It is lagging the basic functionality of two separate IDs for 2.4 and 5 GHz. Please provide an update and allow us to make two separate wifi user names for each of the band.
