App badge notifications are useless (making them idiotic). The counter shows alerts and, 100% OF THE TIME, when I attempt to view the notification there is NOTHING to view. This problem was never addressed/fixed yet is a glaring, significant design flaw reported by many users. Do the developers not care? Can’t they figure out how to fix this? Apathy, pure apathy. Turned off badge count notifications.

I have many eeros throughout my house along with extenders. If u run a synology nas server, whenever eero has an update, you will lose connectivity to quickconnect and have to physically power down the nas and turn it back on.  Horrible if you're on vacation and need access to your nas when the update takes place.  It needs a subscription to use it. That's not cool at all. I have arlo cams by my garage along with two eero units in the garage.  It takes four minutes after a camera trigger to get to my phone. Isn't that terrible?

I’ve used Eero for almost a year and found the set up easy and this app provides helpful info, including an alert if a new device is connecting. However every Sunday I get an alert on the home page Indicating something but when opening the app, there is no indication of what the alert is for.  I suspect it’s telling me the weekly statistics are available but why not flag that within the app?  An alert on the Home Screen doesn’t tell us anything.  This notification could be improved.

So annoying that i got a new router and carrier, but rather than take on my new wifi since these are jus supposed to boost, a month later i figured out why im not getting signal and these two annoying devices are still touting my old wifi name and are inactive. I switched the network name and password to my same network i just started with and it made a second wifi name along with now having to connect every single wifi device individually. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS AN EASY SWITCH OF JUST PLUGGING IN THE NEW ROUTER WITH AN ETHERNET CABLE. I figured maybe it was showing the old name but was still working on my new network since its directly plugged into my current router. GUESS NOT. Maybe send me a notification that the devices stopped working????

I doubt that anyone at EERO uses the EERO app. The most frequent action for this application is to pause and unpause internet access to collections of devices (grouped together as “profiles”). I do this to manage my household of ~50 devices for 3 kids many times each day. 

Recent changes make deleting or renaming profiles significantly easier than pausing and restarting causing consternation many times each day. 

I hate it.

Thankful to have a system in place to monitor the latest phishing and virus threats a running firewall and so much more. Top of my list outside of security is it lets you manage your network devices and pause the internet from your eero app. Want to set limits and restrictions on your children’s viewing capabilities?? Or need to help them create boundaries on their devices this product will be sure to help. Can’t speak enough about how grateful I am to have these capabilities and protection in our home!
