Sie haben vollen Zugriff auf die Kundenhistorie und können sich alle Daten grafisch anzeigen lassen. Es ermöglicht dem Außendienstmitarbeiter Zugriff auf kundenrelevante Daten und ermöglicht Serviceeinsatzrückmeldungen direkt in das ERP System. Prinzipiell eine gute Lösung leider aber mit viel Verbesserungspotential. 1. Die graphische Benutzeroberfläche hält sich an keine Standards welche ich zumindest bei iOS voraussetze. 2. Graphiken sind unleserlich da keine Trennzeichen oder farbliche Abgrenzungen. 3. Textbausteine, selbst erstellte Vorlagen oder andere Eingabehilfen können in der APP nicht selbst erstellt werden. 4. Die Unterstützung des Apple-Pencils in bestimmten Programmbereichen funktioniert nicht wie von iOS gewohnt. Ob Finger oder Pencil - das Ergebnis ist das Selbe. 5. Einmal eingefügte Anhänge wie Fotos oder Dateien können nicht wieder aufgerufen sondern nur gelöscht werden. 6. Push-Benachrichtigungen sind nicht zeitlich eingrenzbar. Die APP befindet sich offensichtlich in einem sehr frühen Entwicklungsstadium, deshalb leider nur 2 Sterne für die grundlegende Funktionalität.
