## eFleets Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "App issues prevent me from ensuring my car stays safe and reliable"
I’m expected to log miles as well as access the app if I need to request repairs, but I can’t even login despite ongoing attempts to “reset password.” Calling the help line wasn’t helpful because the issue is with a bug that prevents me from saving my password. I’ve attempted to resolve the issue from multiple devices with the same issue occurring. Enterprise should be liable for vehicle issues that they won’t approve upfront without additional consideration that are them followed by ongoing issues with the app which prevents resolution. App issues are directly preventing me from doing my job and ensuring my work vehicle remains safe and functional.

### *---- "This app SUCKS"
This is the worst app ever. God help you if you forget your password. They email you a temp and 90% of the time it says “temporary password incorrect” and then you get locked out. After that, good luck getting someone on the phone to help. You have a better chance of winning the Powerball. So frustrating.
-- Dante Boni, 2026-05-11

### *---- "My first ever review just to try to get this fixed"
Usually a buggy app isn’t enough to actually impede my ability to do my job, but in this case it is. I have to log in to see a notification about a vehicle, and then the page that allows me to see alerts gets cut off. Right now I have a high alert message that says “Manufacture recall has been…” and that’s it. I can’t read the whole thing. My options are “Ok” and “Mark as Unread.” This app is absolutely terrible. Developers, please use ChatGPT or take a basic programming class because this could hardly get worse.
-- Dr. Professor Bacon, 2026-02-05

### *---- "Cannot Log In"
I am unable to log in on IPhone.
-- Bobby Hairstyle, 2025-11-26

### *---- "Problems logging in for last several months"
This app was good then problems started several months ago with an iOS upgrade. I haven’t been able to use the app for the last 4+ months. Can always log in online but no go for the app. This is the same for the rest of my company. It was difficult to navigate the app to begin with, but it was convenient to find contact numbers for customer support. Shame it’s still not functional.
-- amalfiboys, 2025-11-16

### *---- "App user"
Since update and new look, DOES NOT WORK. Delete, reinstall, can use once. After that, only get white screen. Delete again, reinstall, again can only use once.
-- Like previous version, 2025-08-29

### *---- "Worst fleet app I’ve ever used"
I’ve been using fleet apps for 15 years or so. The eFleets app is the worst I’ve ever had to use. It’s bad that an app makes you consider changing employees just so you don’t have to use this terrible app.
-- Behn Dover, 2025-08-27

### *---- "roll it back"
new version seems to have only moved junk around and also 'broke' adding 'earlier date meters' since its tied to the last highest meter entry. refuses to take it since its falsely claiming and displaying a negative value.
-- Colby446, 2025-08-11

### *---- "This app is trash"
Even just setting up this account on this app is horrible. It doesn’t even deserve the three stars it has.
-- Ponch6726, 2025-04-09

### *---- "Useless!"
Useless app. Our company wants us to use it with out fleet of vans. Does not give maintenance history or gas mileage. Hardly use it.
