## EG ProBo Description
EG ProBo brings your property's communication and approvals together in one place. Board members and residents get a quick overview of what needs attention — and can act on it straight away.

OVERVIEW
• See pending approvals and recent messages the moment you open the app
• Switch between associations if you are active in more than one

APPROVALS
• Approve or reject documents, invoices and expense claims from your phone
• Follow the individual votes and the status of every approval
• Upload new documents and choose which board members should approve them
• Filter by status and search by title

MESSAGES
• Inbox, sent and archived messages in a single view
• Write as a resident or as a board member — the app keeps track of your sender role
• Reply, forward internally or to external recipients, and attach files and photos
• Organise messages in folders and search across them
• Send an urgent message when members need both an email and a text message

NOTIFICATIONS
• Get notified when a new approval or message is waiting for you
• Choose which events you want to be notified about

SIGNING IN
You sign in with your existing EG ProBo account. The app requires that your association or property administrator already uses EG ProBo.
