Draw the waveform on the screen or shape a builtin one, mix it with a classic analog oscillator and a sub oscillator and automate all the knobs with 2 drawable LFOs and 2 ENVs HYBRID WAVESHAPING ENGINE 'Waveshaping is a synthesis-and-transformation technique that turns simple sounds into complex sounds' 2 wavetables can be designed and morphed to create unique and dynamic sounds under your finger, choosing the morph attack and release; complex spectra can be created waveshaping the oscillator and introducing non linear distortion, rich harmonics and a tube-vacuum behaviour. The hybrid Waveshaping/Wavetable engine lets you combine a wavetable oscillator with a classic oscillator and a sub oscillator, to add additional sound layers and depth. LFOs & ENVs 2 Lfo and 2 Envelopes with indipendent time can be assigned to virtually any of the synth parameters. They can also be graphically designed with the touch of your finger or you can choose among the builtin envelopes. OTHER FEATURES - Hybrid Wavetable/Waveshaping engine - Draw your wavetable oscillator with your finger - 100+ presets (Pad, Lead, Bass and Fx) - 30+ builtin waveforms to use and modify - 2 LFOs and 2 ENVs assignable to any parameter - FX: Reverb, Delay and EG Crush - Detune osc to create huge unison sounds - FM and Noise with configurble FM Ratio and Noise eq - VCF and Reso filters - Complete presets management with export and share - Core MIDI: MIDI in, MIDI CC, MIDI channel pressure control - AU3 with full knobs parameters automation - Universal for iPad & iPhone ## EG WaveSHAPER Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/94/74/e8/9474e81b-1271-85df-9cfa-b9a06401c452/pr_source.jpg/2688x1242.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/fb/30/59/fb305902-9367-1e91-1bce-79f61276a997/pr_source.png/2688x1242.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/1d/cf/7b/1dcf7ba7-a50a-91fc-ba0b-c9b558f7c387/pr_source.png/2688x1242.png) ## EG WaveSHAPER Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 20 (87%) - 4 stars: 2 (9%) - 3 stars: 1 (4%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## EG WaveSHAPER Reviews in United States ### ***** "Please make this synth work as an AU on macOS" Would like to be able to use it in GarageBand and Logic Pro on desktop. Thanks! -- Neumuzik, 2023-12-02 ### ***** "Yes indeed!" A great sounding app that’s fun to use. Get it! -- anickt, 2021-07-04 ### ***** "Waves" EG WaveShaper has great capability in making interesting sounds with the changing of waveforms. -- synfrk, 2020-08-19 ### ***** "Workflow, sound, developer attention, and the value!!!" I wish certain synth developers would team up. Because this SYNTH is the new standard for touch based mobile sound synthesis. I hope incoming audio and more effects make it into this incredible app. Thanks. #instabuy -- Musicmandisco, 2019-10-08 ### ***-- "Medium grade Synth" It’s well,,, okay. Not nearly as good of a Synth as say something like say Cyclop, SynthMaster One, or Layr, for my needs. I feel like the core sound design functionality is there for users interested in making they’re own patches from scratch which I like but the included presets are pretty mediocre at best imho. If you’re a hardcore iOS musician then you’ll prolly eventually get this one like me but if your looking to just own 2-3 core synth apps I would look elsewhere. -- BK Holiday, 2019-02-26 ### ***** "Maybe 99cent app" This app needs lot of work, most patches sound the same due to limitations. Doesn’t sound that great imo -- d33psp33d, 2019-01-09 ### ***** "A triumph of app design!" This synth is fun to play and very accessible. The excellent UI encourages you to jump right in and get to work — which I did. The sound presets might make you think its strictly a noise machine but there is more under the hood. The dev is quick (very) with updates and is one developer to watch! Get the app, you *will* love it! -- kinkujin, 2018-12-31 ### ***** "Great fun!" yes, Yes, YES!!! For anyone who likes to design sounds, this app is a LOT of fun. I love synthesizers that let you draw your own envelopes, and this one has two! That’s in addition to two LFO’s that you can draw freehand as well as being able to draw the waveforms for the two oscillators. The developer is super responsive for questions and he has included presets created by some of the best iOS sound designers today. -- BDB-1958, 2018-12-24 ### ***** "Draw the sound you want... then warp it." Very flexible waveshaping synth, with streamlined GUI. Great sounds, AUV3, lotsa fun... what else is there? -- shsh101, 2018-12-21 [View all EG WaveSHAPER reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to EG WaveSHAPER -
