Die dritte von Eglo/Awox. Kann nix neues, ist aber für die neuen Produkte erforderlich. Braucht auch einen neuen Account. Hauptsache Daten werden gespeichert, dann ist der Hersteller zufrieden.

Überkomplizierte Bedienung, einander widersprechende Anleitungen im Netz. Allein die Anleitung für den Reset – an aus, warten, Sekunden zählen, dann an aus use. und zur Not mehrmals wiederholen… Da kann ich meinen PC oder iPad schneller zurücksetzen als eine von diesen Lampen. Uns sind die Decken Leuchten dieser Firma Von einer Fremdfirma eingebaut worden, wenn ich gewusst hätte, wie benutzerunfreundlich und stressig der ganze Service funktioniert, hätte ich das komplett abgelehnt; 
Sich mit einer gestörten, aber nicht kaputten Leuchte wieder zu verbinden, funktioniert nach zig Läufen auch nicht - ob mit Fernbedienung oder App. Und auch die App ist völlig unmöglich gestrickt Nie wieder! Ganz offensichtlich ist man an seinen Kunden, Rückmeldungen und Bewertungen überhaupt nicht interessiert. Die Unverschämtheit mit dem eigenen Eklo Konto ist ja hier schon mehrfach angesprochen worden. Also kostenlose Markt Ausforschung der eigenen Kunden. Habe die App jetzt wieder zum dritten!! Mal gelöscht! Schluss und aus. (Wahrscheinlich diese Rezension auch wieder gelöscht, Ich habe mich aber bemüht, meinem Ärger ohne Kraftausdrücke Luft zu machen…)

Leider wird man hier dazu genötigt, wenn man mit dem Smartphone die Lampen steuern möchte. Ich habe die App entfernt und werde die Lampe wieder zurück geben.
