## eGlu Reviews in India

### ***** "Very good customer service"
Been using this eGlu device for more than 5 yrs now. Very good peace of mind after installing this device. Even recently used their help to configure the hub after we changed our router… they were very prompt in their response and guided me through the steps. Am a happy user. Thanks eGlu.

### ***** "Excellent customer service"
Here is an excerpt from an unprompted email I sent to the support team - “ I received my device this evening and checked it now - it works perfectly. I am writing just to express my gratitude and also to commend eGlu as a company for the excellent job they have done in setting up the customer support division. The use of technology - the custom service portal, the use of Zoho to track tickets - all very impressive for a company that is not listed on an exchange. On a personal note, thanks to you for your very prompt and willing assistance on more than one occasion. “
