The new app has dropped that support and the old app doesn’t allow logins anymore. Based on reading the reviews on their website the product boxes still advertise connectivity! Thanks a ton for taking away features. -- TheBigYahi, 2025-01-07 ### *---- "Lost the Ability to Connect" Just lost the ability to connect to my Nexus Power Station. This was one of the best features as you could tell battery percentage state of charge. Hopefully just a bug? -- Gbear4J, 2025-01-06 ### *---- "Feeling cheating and frustrated beyond belief." I got the Nexus power station to use as we lose power quite frequently and the manual clearly states the EGO Power + App is available on IOS and android but this is the only app available to connect my device. I want to be able to view my battery and device health as promised and advertised, and I have many of the batteries for all of my EGO products. Horrible customer experience and not good policy on their part. -- Anonymous_tools, 2025-01-05 ### ***** "EGO app and equipment" I love the app. The EGO equipment is awesome, they are the best compared to other battery power equipment. -- Kindmm, 2025-01-05 ### ***** "Nice trail bike" I’ve always wanted a bike this size. Note: if only one battery is used all you can use is eco mode. This is super quiet I rode up on a bunny in the dark when testing it out. It’s perfect size. I recommend if you’re on the fence about buying it. I’m 6’3” and it’s comfortable to ride around. Hydraulic disc brakes are the only way to stop. -- Ernie Downs, 2024-12-24 ### ***** "Works Great" Product registration is very easy with several helpful features like tool maintenance and available accessories. Very useful app. -- Hvsdjjkhxxbnkj, 2024-11-16 ### ****- "On the right Track" Much better app than their other one, which is an embarrassment. This one has the features that we are looking for with more to come hopefully. Please bring us back or connectivity with the CH7000 charger so that we can monitor battery status from afar. Keep up the good work on this one and don’t fall into the mistakes of the other app. Thanks! -- Paratrp27, 2024-05-25 ### ***** "Nice app" Great ! this app is amazing! -- Someone using tools, 2024-04-09 ### *---- "Can’t register my riding mower" Won’t accept QR code not manually entered serial number. -- 38degN, 2024-04-03 [View all EGO Connect reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## EGO Connect Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/ego-connect-Qhqp/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/ego-connect-Qhqp/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
