I bought a ticket but couldn’t travel due to COVID restrictions. Applied for a refund since 17/11/2020. There has been No form of communication from EGYPTAIR neither has there been any refund. They don’t even have a phone number to reach them at. They just want you to fill a form online. That’s terrible service. Won’t advice anyone to use this airline tbh.
When i selected my departure and destination and clicked on book flight i can see white blank and nothing else
Disappointing
The App refused to open on my iPhone after installing. Kept saying I should connect to the Internet even when am using 4G LTE network.
Please include an apple wallet support. It really comes in handy at the Airport.
