Love this company

I really love this company. The products have helped me with my journey of loosing weight. I continue to buy these products because they taste amazing.

Customer service doesn’t really care

I had a subscription with a discount, the second month I was asked if I wanted to make changes, so I changed the flavor of the product but consequently lost my discount…. I asked customer service for help with reapplying the discount. They offered to refund the difference for one month so that I could have the discount one more month, but offered no solution to the ongoing subscription price. They just stopped replying to me. I guess they just don’t want to deal with it, asking for help made me feel like I was bothering them.

App doesn’t work

I can’t even order my supplements. It keeps telling me I need to complete the human verification even though I keep doing it and the green check appears. It also keeps saying that my email is an invalid phone number when the field asked for an email and not a phone number. Tried entering a phone number and it still didn’t work. Should not be this hard

Best protein powder

The only protein powder that does not make me bloat!! love everything about it. Not chalky and it tastes great in my coffee:)
