INTRODUCTION eID-Me is a secure digital identity app. eID-Me digitizes and securely stores government-issued identity and self-managed identity information on your iPhone. eID-Me makes online identity verification quicker, easier, and more secure by eliminating passwords and strengthening privacy. eID-Me cannot currently be used as a substitute for legal identification. HOW IT WORKS During registration, use your iPhone to prove your identity by taking a selfie with liveness check, and scanning your government-issued photo identity documents (e.g., driver’s licence, passport). Your iPhone is then issued a unique eID-Me digital identity, which includes a digital certificate with identity claims (verified pieces of information about you). You can then use your eID-Me digital identity to easily access services and securely share identity information in identity transactions both online and offline (in person). PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your identity information is always in your possession on your iPhone. It is never hosted by a centralized service or third-party provider or stored in the cloud. Once your identity information is verified, a secure certificate is installed on your iPhone. That information is not accessible to anyone but you, until you choose to share it in a transaction. eID-Me’s digital wallet is protected on the iPhone with strong encryption, leveraging its hardware security mechanisms, and is bound to your authentication method (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID, PIN). Nothing you can say will make me change my mind. Does not matter your app design. It should be easy for users to recover data. Your response if its easy for users its easy for hackers- is total nonsense . You dont know what you talking about and i am working in IT my whole life. If you be working for me i would fire entire team. Once you added 10 documents there is no way users will enrol again every single time when something happens to the device. Use cloud , secure it and use modern technologies. If your cloud is not protected or you having some technical difficulties thats your problem. I can go on and on… you do not tell users add documents all over again , nobody in the right mind will do that no matter how easy it is. Anyways. Redesign your app and dont add to app store. From what i see and many reviews your app should be in beta testing not in live release. App like this should not have any negative reviews at all its not a game. It’s a serious app that stores your most crucial information.
