I am very disappointed with eir my bill was usually around 60 euro a month now it has gone up to over 80 both my husband & my self are pretty OAP husband Almost 80 myself 76 l am not sure if it’s possible to keep going we have being with eir forever but at this money it is very difficult
Pointless app!
You’ve to log in every time and it says wrong password or username every single time so I’ve to change it! Then it doesn’t even show my offer I’ve to send a message to review how many remaining days left on my offer! Thinking of going back to my3! Way better app and doesn’t log you out every single time!

Disappointing Experience - Not as Advertised
I downloaded the Eir App expecting a seamless experience to manage my account, as shown in the screenshots. Unfortunately, the app is essentially a browser without an address bar. Every time I open the app, I have to log in again, which is quite frustrating. The interface is identical to what you would see if you accessed the Eir website through a regular browser, offering no additional convenience or functionality. This app does not live up to its advertised features and is a major letdown.
Just use safari
If I wanted a website in an app, I would use a thing called a web browser. For the sake of all your customers please tell your developers to learn what env(safe-area-inset-bottom) is.
