EISENHOWER gives your work a simple shape: what to do now, what to schedule, what to delegate, and what to let go. Featuring the Eisenhower Matrix — the urgent vs. important prioritization principle Dwight used to run a country, and the method this app has been refining for iPhone and web since 2011.

FOUR-QUADRANT MATRIX
Sort every task by urgency and importance: Do First, Schedule, Delegate, Don't Do. Keep no more than eight per sheet so you stay focused — with room for unlimited tasks and notes when you need them.

FOCUS MODE
Pick one important task, start a clean timer (30 minutes, or whatever suits you), and stay with it until it's done.

SCHEDULE & DELEGATE
Turn a decision into action — drop a task into your calendar or hand it to a colleague without leaving the app.

### ****- "Aardige app"
Prettig in gebruik. Soms slaat hij wel dingen dubbel op, wat vervelend is. Bovendien vind ik het erg irritant dat ik maar 8 taken in elk vak kan opschrijven. Gezien mijn meerdere baantjes en activiteiten moet ik dan taken gaan clusteren waardoor ik dingen niet snel kan afstrepen. 

De app zou een stuk prettiger in gebruik zijn als ik meer dan 8 taken per vak kon invullen

I find the Don't do category pretty useless. Why would i bother writing something down i don't plan to do. Also would like to be able to move items from one kwadrant to another.
