Each has unique requirements and preferences for the best control interface. From a single button interface to an interactive floor plan, the eKeypad interface can be adapted to fit. Both stock and custom interfaces are available on all iOS platforms. The pre-built interface offers a large number of customizations and organization options. Tablet platforms extends this ability to create fully custom touch screen interfaces for use on tables or TV screens. ORGANIZATION AND CAPABILITIES To make larger integrated systems easier to use, eKeypad learns the equipment setup to optimized user interaction. eKeypad is not only aware of the systems configured, but also the capabilities of each individual item in the system. This allows for intelligent sorting and the display of item controls. By configuring multiple systems and using the profiles feature, items can be consolidated across systems, separated into separate views or any combination if the two. END-TO-END SECURITY The security of your system and personal data is very important and eKeypad uses both visible and non-visible features to safeguard them. We do not make use of cloud servers and do not store your data outside your mobile device. All data is stored on the device encrypted and all network connections use encryption protocols where possible. ALWAYS AVAILABLE Mobile devices are designed to be mobile and eKeypad is designed to seamlessly adapt as devices move between networks. We include numerous setup guides, help articles and support services to ensure a reliable solution. A robust and flexible push notification* capability provides distribution of important status changes in your equipment. UNMATCHED SUPPORT If you encounter an issue or have a question, we are here to help. Our support services can help you identify and resolve issues quickly and recommend changes to prevent the issue from re-occurring. Automated testing and support tools within eKeypad help diagnose issues quickly. We also make installation guides and help articles available to document the best ways to setup and configure your system. If necessary, we can schedule phone support. INSTALLER FOCUS Professional installers are often involved in the setup and support of eKeypad. This makes support services critical for installers. That said, reliability is a bit of an issue. It’s frustrating when it “ignores” button presses. It’s more frustrating when it won’t connect to the ISY at all, particularly after a router power cycle/power failure (though this may be an ISY issue - I simply don’t have the time of the means to diagnose and isolate it to one or the other, but cycling network access on the ISY resolves it. Damned difficult to do when not on site, though…) And the Apple Watch app. I really miss it. Was great to have that ease of access, but apparently too great a burden on the developers to keep it alive. It’s been years… -- BobcatALR, 2021-08-16 ### ***** "Has improved a lot" The past few months (2021) have seen a lot of bug fixes and better performance. I’ve been using this for several years with my Elk M1 and ISY-994 and it’s pretty nice. -- SDapple, 2021-08-03 ### ***** "Tweaking set-up parameters" This is a great App to control your M1. Support is very quick and efficient in addressing any set-up or other issues. Been using for many years and Highly recommend. -- ElkM1 User, 2021-04-22 ### ***** "Gaudetpsr" This app has been bullet proof in controlling both my ELK alarm system and my more safisticated ISY lighting system with Insteon switches. The support has been great as well. -- gaudetpsr, 2021-03-09 ### ***** "Perfect app for an Elk Alarm System" I recently purchased this program and it does absolutely everything you need to control an Elk Alarm - and the service is phenomenal! I am extremely happy that I bought this app. -- EAS-1958, 2019-11-02 ### ***-- "Latest version keeps losing my profile" This version keeps losing my profile. Please fix. -- dktucson, 2019-10-07 ### **--- "Whatever just happened in this release broke my system, erased everything" Last time I get trapped out of my house. Looking for a new app to work with my elk. -- Austinzipppy, 2019-10-05 ### *---- "All was good until the update" Just lost data for two homes as they updated the app so I “wouldn’t lose my data”!!!! What the heck? Worked this morning and now it doesn’t at all. Really?? Update: reloaded both my homes and AGAIN, the app list both configurations for no apparent reason. Was a happy customer.....no longer. Absolute BS that this keeps dropping configs. -- YeetingShoes, 2019-09-26 ### ***** "eKeypad Pro" I too was caught up in the configuration nightmare of late. However, Jayson got back with me within 10 minutes on several support questions and my issue was resolved quickly. I restored from an old backup and it has worked fine with some very minor adjustments. What baffles me is the overwhelming desire for people to berate the app based on one issue that is completely avoidable by the user if they are taking proper backups. Of course it is unfortunate any of this occurred but programming is a very exact science and from what I can see the programmer here has been very responsive. This app is the only one on the market that handles the Elk and ISY with such expertise and completeness. The GUI may not be to your liking but surprise - you can create your own. Try to do anything like this with any of the ML products. This is a truly unique product. It’s been around since almost the beginning and deserves a much higher rating. Grow up. -- Dgeffs, 2019-09-25 ### *---- "Not sure what’s going on" Ekeypad has been spectacular for years now but all the recent updates since the push service have not held the information in the app I have to restore each time I go into it. I have deleted the app and restored and it’ll work a few times them forget who it is again. Needs to be fixed it is a heavily used app for us. -- OhanaCreek, 2019-09-25 [View all eKeypad Pro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## eKeypad Pro In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Yearly Push Sub | $39.99 | | Monthly Push Sub | $4.99 | ## eKeypad Pro Discovered Keywords -
