Twice my appointment with facility reschedule as first time USG machine breakdown and 2nd time doctor was not available both the time data was shared with Ekincare but the did not update same in application. I took a a day off to finish my health check but my time was wasted. Post this ekincare team randomly scheduled the appointment with some other center which I did not even opted for and force me to go for the test within a week. Even after requesting to cancel this as time and center is not convenient for me they still not agreed to it

Really good app to take care of all your health needs and achieve your wellness goal. Has lot of useful options. One feedback would be when we browse through pharmacy options and open a particular product page and then go back, it completely takes you to the start page pf pharmacy and not the immediate back option. This becomes a bit frustrating to scroll back until you get the same option. This needs to be taken care of. Apart from this user experience issue app is 10/10 and highly recommended.

They rejected treatment charges bill saying procedural charges are not covered in policy. They also rejected pharmacy bill, if nothing is covered then why should we continue. Completely useless only consultation and lab tests are covered.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Ekin Care platform. The delivery time took much longer than expected, which was already frustrating. To make matters worse, the price increased after the delivery, and they charged an additional amount for services that ended up being more than the cost of the product itself. Overall, the experience was bad, and I won’t be using this platform again.

Results for Tests booked through this app takes 2 business days. In today’s age who gives test reports in 2 buisness days? And thats not all, they dont even give it as per this timeline. Also their support chat is non responsive for hours. By the time they reply you would have closed the app. And then due to your non availability on chat they close the issue. When asked to escalate with their manager they ghost you.

I am falling back to my Tata 1mg plan just because some of the Ekincare practices seem unethical.

e.g., I just tried to place an order for medicine at their portal, and this is what I realised:
1. You will get the expected delivery date after you have paid and placed the order (no COD)
2. If you think your medicines will be delivered too late, you cannot cancel the order.

Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with their customer support. They have a tendency to keep you waiting for an extended period, often 5 minutes, before responding. However, if you fail to respond within 2 minutes, they abruptly terminate the session.

This is with reference to glitch this app is having. I get one or the other issue post 3-4 days. I was not getting option to avail Tele consultation 10 days ago, it got resolved within 3-4 days. Then I was not getting option to book corporate sponsored health checkups. Now i am not getting option to book gym membership. Please tell me what to do??

Booking an appointment using the app isn’t a reliable way when it comes to the Ekincare app. For quite a few weeks and months I struggled to book appointments for annual health screening, and when it was possible, the next day it got cancelled automatically with a notification saying that the hospital is under maintenance. 

Overall, the services provided felt unreliable.
