I qued a video and it processed with 0 clips 3 times.

It’s a great concept but the clips are awful I use it for Bo6 and it doesn’t capture any kills just things around the time frame. And on undisputed it doesn’t clip any KOs or good combos. For the cost of the upgrade in the app I’m very disappointed and I feel robbed the way they bated me in by not showing me what the clips looked like before, because if they did I would never have got the subscription

They make it super simple to make streams into great clips

Wish there was more game categories to choose from because it’s the only way you can have it edit. Otherwise pretty decent editing app.

It won’t let us download our videos to our phone.

When I first found this app, I was completely blown away, by it’s features. Totally fell in love with it. “Clip it,” this, “Clip it,” tht. Jst “Clip it! Clip it! Clip it!” And obviously knowing, I’m not a “paying customer,” but still enjoying the service, I noticed more of my AI generated clips from a stream, weren’t of every great kill, but more from the pre game lobby, or later on jst started being clips of times when I was laughing with my friends on the stream, more so then, actual game play, all the while, your site is pushing more of the, “go premium for better game play action, and better clips!” Like, and to me I’m like okay… I get it, your sites gaining popularity, so you know, you don’t wanna be doing everything for free, so I understand trying to make a buck. But today when I go to clip my stuff, I see now that the service for games, that I’ve been playing, are now locked behind a pay wall!? So wait, you know have cornered us in a position, to have to force us the player, to pay, you to clip the games we love to play, period. Like if you wanna play tht game, in particular, and have us chop it up for you, you gotta pay us, or be gone with you, peasant!” Like Um, No. And I get it, I’m one person, amongst the hundreds of thousands who will pay you, but I’ve been here, since your beginning, and my TikTok is filled with clips from your service. Whole heartedly, I’m now, one less user of your app and service. This is a travesty! And for those of us who aren’t financially comfortable, this is a slap in the face for those of us who pushed your app, to bring ppl here because it was free.

I have a whole month premium subscription and I have no access to the premium features. It’s glitched and there’s no way to contact anyone??? please contact me and or fix this

This app use to be decent u til they got money hungry and decided to charge for every option needed to create a montage of my game play! I really enjoyed it but now I can’t even see my clips without paying, ruined the app in my opinion.

Now don’t get me wrong. This app is very good and it worked a few days ago but I’ve been realizing that it’s been stuck at 16% in queuing and I can’t get my clip. I was wondering if the team or maker of this app could reach out to me, thank you.
