I waited for around 15 minutes after 3 or 4 calls, couriers are very bad!

Hi, you have a bug in this app. It doesn’t send me an otp code I tried many times in different times

I ordered some basic bakery for breakfast, 2 hours and fifteen minutes later it arrived, at lunch time. The excuses they said were very lame, if the branch is under pressure simply don’t accept more orders. No one called to follow up, I had to call twice to ask where my order is. Delivery estimation time is different among app(60-90 mins), call center (90 to 120 mins!!), complaints center (45-75 mins). They didn’t even offer to give a voucher as an apology or anything. I will never use this app again

طلبت اوردر ٤ علب و فيهم واحده كلها مكسره، كلمت الكول سنتر ٤ مرات علشان يبعتوا حد يبدلها محدش عبر بما فيهم مدير الفرع و العلبه مرميه عندي لحد دلوقتي،منتهي عدم الاحترافيه و قلة الذوق
