Overall, a solid app - covers most of the key use cases and has a nice look and feel (kudos!)

The main issue is the check-in flow: it redirects to the website, which creates a broken experience. Using benefits requires a separate login that isn’t seamless. It would be much better to support checkin directly in the app (and pass all parameters to the site via API if needed ?)

A “nice-to-have” feature would be clearly calling out the lounge name and exact location per airport (for eligible users) especially in airports with multiple lounges.
