App has been crashing for months now and does not allow completing orders.

Just tried to use legendary rewards which are annoyingly valid only for 7 days but then their scanner doesn’t pick up. I guess if we can’t use it then it should not be advertised as such and should be discontinued.

Tried the food for the first time and it was great so downloaded this app. Love it so far.

Great app. Easy to navigate around. Also I have started to get reduced discount offers which means my lunch and dinner is sorted 😮‍💨🙂

Hi I can believe el jannh has app to order online or get $10 rewards every 5 times order why your stuff never mention to the customer?Every single week I get whole chicken with large tabouli from Granville breach or crowns nest or Smithfield or Liverpool it’s not fair for customers to find out about app so late I already missed maybe 10 dollars plus 20 rewards

I've been using the app since they opened near me. The food is fantastic & can't recommend it highly enough. Twice now, I've got to 4 stars & "next time you get a discount " only for it to reset to zero on both occasions. Surely this is illegal. Would rather order in store as, whilst this app is convenient, it's useless, as the barcode to scan for membership rewards in store doesn't work either. Utterly useless

Had a dinner at the Braybrook branch. I ordered my food at the counter and scanned QR code to collect stamps via the app but it didn’t work. The staffs weren’t helpful and just said the app didn’t work without any care and effort to help. The food is a 5-star but the service and the app are 1-star.

Offers page on the app stays empty every time. Not worth it to download.. just utilise your storage, data and information to send promotional content..

It’s stupid to give people $10 reward that they can’t even use for one meal. Why should I order more food than I can eat just to use the reward!
