elapseit it's a complete SaaS web platform that helps you do resource planning, task management, time tracking and project management, from project kick-start to invoice.
The accompanying mobile application allows you to:

TRACK TIME & SUBMIT TIMESHEETS

• View the project allocations
• Have the timesheets prepopulated with the allocations done by the management teams
• Support for manual entry of billable and non billable hours
• View and edit current/previous time entries
• Track the status of submitted timesheets (approved, rejected, requested)
• Daily or weekly timesheet submissions


CREATE, VIEW & EDIT TASKS/ TASK MANAGEMENT IN KANBAN

• Create, edit and review the tasks
• Assign it to another team member
• Log hours and add attachments
• Change status


TRACK EXPENSES AND RELATED DOCUMENTS

• Enter expenses quickly and easily
• Mark them as re-billable if appropriate 
• Associate expenses to a specific person, project, phase or activity
• Take receipt photos that are associated with the expense
• Support mileage expenses


APPROVEMENTS FOR LEAVE & TIMESHEETS

• Access employees leave requests and approve or reject them
• Manage employees timesheets that are due to be approved
• Filter timesheets by project, person or time frame and approve or reject them in bulk


LEAVE REQUEST

• Keep track of their remaining vacation days
• Allow employees to make leave requests from the mobile app and check their status


REPORTING

• Timesheet report - View the logged hours and the status for the submitted timesheets
• Resourcing allocations - Check the allocations, see if there are cases of over/under allocations
