KidGram control
KidGram is a crucial service for loving and caring families. It’s a messenger app for kids’ devices that gives kids access to positive content and communication in the Telegram world under the supervision of their parents.
By installing KidGram on a kids' smartphone/tablet or activating it on ELARI watches, you can send entertaining content to kids directly from your Telegram account (and we will help you find the content). In KidGram kids get access to communication and Telegram channels, while:
• through the SafeFamily app you initially allow and always see a list of contacts, groups and channels the kid interacts with, plus the statistics and the chat history for the last 3 months.
• you can allow or forbid the child to search for new channels or contacts in Telegram. Even if the search is enabled, still the kid won’t be able to add a new contact or even view/subscribe to a channel without your approval in the SafeFamily app.
• you can see the location of a kid's smartphone or tablet with KidGram on the map. You will no longer have to worry where your child is.
KidGram works on the ELARI Premium subscription basis on smartphones and tablets, but you have free access to all the KidGram features as an initial welcome bonus.
We hope that in the future, inexpensive ELARI Premium subscription won't seem too high a price for this crucial service. Your support through the subscription will allow us to further improve this service aimed at the good-natured development of kids.

ELARI watches management
By connecting an ELARI kids' watch-phone to the ELARI SafeFamily application, you will be able to:
• Manage the KidGram kid messenger on the corresponding watch (without access to chat history)
• Customize a contact list on the watch
• Track your kid's location
• Monitor the audio environment around the watch
• Set how often the geolocation is updated
• Set alarms remotely
• Set permitted geofences – virtual areas around the kid's regular whereabouts: kindergarten, school, home. If the kid is outside the defined area, you will receive a notification
• Invite your family and friends to track the location of the kid and exchange audio messages
• Receive SOS alerts from the watch in case of emergency: along with the alert, you'll receive your kid's location, as well as an audio recording from the watch microphone.

Élargi kidphone 2
Impossible de connecter la montre à l’iPhone, tout en en anglais et je ne comprend pas !! Le code bind c’est quoi) Le support d’aide exclusivement en anglais, super pour échanger…. Bref super déçu de la mise en place car super compliqué
Impossible de s’inscrire
Suite à l’achat d’une montre il m’est impossible de m’inscrire sur l’application la fonction ne s’active pas

Comment ça marche? C’est avec la montre uniquement ?
Impossible de mettre à jour le mot de passe
L’app est très bien quand on arrive à se connecter. Très simple d’utilisation et pratique. Malheureusement c’est toujours très compliqué de mettre le mot de passe à jour. Je n’arrive plus à y accéder.
La traduction est très sommaire
L’application ne fait pas apparaître de bug particulier dans l’utilisation. Les fonctionnalités sont complètes... MAIS toutes les notifications sont en russe et désolé mais je ne comprends rien au Russe. En anglais à la limite mais même en changeant la langue de l’application apposai le d’avoir les notifications dans une autre langue que le russe 😔
En panne
La montre est restée bloquer sur l’heure et impossible de l’éteindre ou de faire quoique ce soit. Je ne trouve aucune solution pour la réinitialiser c’est fou !!!
Très Bien
Après une mise à jour interminable lors de la mise en route de la montre , nous avons réussi à faire tout fonctionner. Et la montre est très bien. Fiable pour le tracker, et ça c’est très rare , bonne qualité de son. Elle est très bien. Ma fille s’en sert depuis 4/5 jours et tout le monde est ravi. Elle peut appeler dès qu’elle est arrivée à la maison et nous nous la suivons sur la carte. Super !
Alarme non fonctionnelle
Étant à la campagne pas de soucis de géolocalisation mis à part qu’elle est effectivement assez longue à venir. Cependant impossible de mettre une alarme en place. Le bouton ne répond pas sur l’appli.
Nulle
Très difficile de remplir les champs d’action de l’application. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Tout le système de l’application n’est pas du tout intuitive. Trop déçue
