## Elavon Register Reviews in United States

### ***** "Works great"
Works great
-- Nmb300, 2024-06-17

### *---- "TALECH IS CRIMINAL!"
The executives of this company need to be thrown in jail for fraud. Nothing short of criminal for this scam of a system. Has never worked properly in the 4 years I’ve had it. Crashes, fails to communicate with merchant card reader, lost 3 years of sales data (which was inaccurate at best but at least better than what is now non-existent). I would have switched years ago if we didn’t have 10k of our different products in the system. Total loss to start over. If you are reading this and have same issues, let’s file class action. I can’t go it alone.
-- talechsucks!!!, 2023-06-27

### *---- "Horrible program"
Stay away from talech. Their programming Is horrible. Full of bugs. Tech support is useless unless you are trying to do something simple like a price change. They promise the world and deliver nothing. My system has been down for 4 days and they don’t care. They schedule a time to call and then don’t call. DO NOT GET TALECH.
-- HermR, 2022-03-21

### *---- "Totally Unprofessional"
This company continues to produce updates that cripple a business for weeks until they can resolve them. Run to any other system you can
-- OurHenryHouse, 2022-03-16

### *---- "glitchy and slow"
we have had countless problems with this software since day one. i do not recommend
-- beetsandtreats, 2021-09-21

### *---- "terrible customer support"
they have supposedly sent us a card reader weeks ago and just now called for a serial number to ship the reader.. what a joke. thousands lost in processing fees and angey customers trying to get refunds.
-- hcebllc, 2021-05-11

### *---- "Absolutely Awful"
This app is terrible for retail and their online system and site is ugly and a joke. Constant organizational frustrations within the inventory. We are stuck with this app because our company is too cheap to upgrade to Shopify, which we BEGGED them to do.
-- sanko4589, 2021-02-26

### ***-- "Fix"
Here’s a fix if the update isn’t working. Uninstall the app and then try it again, it worked for me
-- Yoichi kimura, 2020-11-26

### *---- "Zero stars worst ever for Restaurant Bar"
All workers hate it. You lose revenue from orders not sending correctly do not get this system it’s horrible
-- lorib2020, 2020-09-24

### *---- "No working labor calculator...."
Tragic failure of an app
Good for children’s side of street lemonade for 5¢ stand though
