While overall there are some good features, ultimately this app is a disaster because you can not pay anything off your account for over a week after you bill is presented. Such a backwards system.

Password Failure to login to App. I tested by removing the app reinstalling the app. App still did not recognize my password. Then recreated a new password. After you creat a new password you gain entry. However 2 hours later “you go to log in!” The app will not recognize the new password created! Frustrating!!

It promises so much this app and delivers so little. Most functions do not work, the bill date is given but not kept, bills disappear etc

App constantly doesn’t work. Currently saying something went wrong try again. Poor service, would expect more from EI

Takes sooo long to load any insights and then if u go to something else like calculator, it freezes on stupid maintenance message. V amature app

Updated stopped working and can’t see usage anymore per day

My password is only working sometimes and has failed completely this morning. Very frustrating. Also how long before all information available on the app re usage 4 months is along time? Jim

This app does not have the basic facilities to submit a meter reading, pay a bill using a bank card or check your present or previous bills. This app is useless, at best it’s pointless. Another waste of money by electric Ireland

Terrible app, only way to access is to change password EVERY single day, and even when you do that, it does not show proper insights. Don’t bother downloading, stick to the website!
