Electric Zoo

When is this being updated for this year????

I thought all EDM festivals were unique in their own perspective based on location, theme, characters etc. But I was wrong because Electric Zoo only has 3 stages with absolutely NO artwork, No sound proof wall and dome structure so ravers can hear music from the other couple of stages. There’s also no water stations to keep ravers hydrated to avoid dehydration. The security staff are poorly trained and couldn’t tell the difference between artwork as supposed to a real deadly object a raver brings in. I can bring my Kandi necklaces to every other EDM festival including EDC Las Vegas and Ultra Music Festival in Miami, but not Electric Zoo because the security staff are idiots and unfair because someone else managed to bring in a totem pole that is literally a swiffer stick. Instead, avoid Electric Zoo in NYC, but instead attend events from Insomniac, Ultra and others that treat us ravers fairly.

App didn’t do anything. Piece of trash!! Unfortunately I have to give it at least one star and it should be zero.

This app is garbage. Couldn’t load money into my wristband, and also being forced to load money into the wristband to buy anything is really inconvenient, friends had to wait in line for 30 mins to load money into theirs at electric zoo Friday. They only do this to try to get you to spend more and they also charge a $5 refund fee for any unused money.

I have 2 devices. One on iOS 13.5 and the other on 14.6 and both of them don’t work with this app even after the last update. I can’t connect my band to my account or anything and nobody is helping this work. I can’t update my iOS versions because I need to keep my phone on the current iOS I am using for work applications so updating my device is not a option. Even last year both of these devices had no issue being used with the older version of this app but now they don’t. PLEASE HELP ADD SUPPORT FOR IOS 13 AND 14 DEVICES NOW BEFORE EZOO STARTS!!!

When you try to open the app, it does not work. All you see is the green background on the screen.

Fix the app guys it doesn’t load anything 👎

I received an email saying the app was up & we can use it to top up. When directed to app, it’s a blank green screen. App doesn’t open.

Wristbands arrived for this year and info packet says use app to register and load money. App still shows 2019 :(

It only needs to work 3 days a year, and it crashed exactly when everyone, predictably, needed to use it. Couldn’t register, couldn’t verify account, couldn’t add funds (the only way to buy food and drinks). Nonsense UI decisions even if it did work. No notifications of any practical use, just promotions. Nothing like information on djs, transportation, safety.
