App is good when it works, but when it doesn’t work, you really really need it to work or you get overcharged and you will have to call in and it’s a total nightmare

PLEASE FIX BROKEN CHARGERS AND ADD MORE. ITS BEEN TAKING 2 HOURS TO WAIT THEN ANOTHER 45 MINS TO CHARGE. ITS STARTING TO BE ANNOYINGLY FRUSTRATING

We were at the station at the mall North County Fair in San Diego,California, and five(half) of the chargers were not working!! What’s going on? It is really annoying and problematic any day but specially on a Sunday night when you have to go to work or leave for a trip the next morning. Lived in 2 states with my electric car now. In both states most chargers are broken, and fewer are available every week. It wouldn’t be as bad if the app could reflect available chargers with any kind of accuracy.

It will be great to have option through the app to get in queue as you await for your turn when the charging stations ate full and many cars are awaiting. Also great to see estimated time left (80-00%) before I get to pull in and charge.

Generally acceptable but you need to put some effort in. Short cables, uncovered charging stations ( super hot day), many chargers out of service, resulting in long wait times. Come on guys you can sort this out and be great, I think?

I’ve only been an electric car owner for a few weeks now (2024 Chevy Bolt) and although wait times to be able to connect the charger to the car in Las Vegas are sometimes an hour or so (waiting for other drivers to charge) I think in the future as Electrify adds more charges to their infrastructure this will remedy on its own. I give them 5 stars for what they have accomplished so far. KEEP IT UP!!!

They lie about their membership benefits and don’t offer promised discounts. No refund on membership when that’s a scam.

I love that the app can give me charge progress and status. I wish the rates were closer to Chragepoint where I could charge for $0.38 per/kwh instead of $0.56 per/kwh. It makes these chargers almost twice as expensive.

living in Miami electric cars are an absolute night mate because of companies like this. They put 4 chargers every 3-4 miles and NONE work. This has been going on for a year. I call once a week to ask if their ever coming to fix them and no one ever has. It’s great being late to work. To school. To appointments. TO FLIGHTS!!. Everyone I know that has a electric car says the exact same. Ive been charged before on my card from this company even tho I never even got to charge my car. This is the second time I have to leave my car stranded in a parking lot because I couldn’t charge it. So disappointing even tho I love my car I now have put it up for sale because this is all just such an inconvenience.
