If you choose to subscribe, you will be charged a yearly subscription fee according to your country. The subscription fee will be shown in the app before you complete the payment. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Sound problem
I really love this game. But recently some problem occurred. Suddenly sound disappeared. It works only in headphones. I turn off Bluetooth turn up volume but it is still doesn’t work. I have sound in other apps but not here.
The greatest app of the kind
That the only app, which really helped me to improve my reading. I've upgraded it to a whole new level. It'll be more great if you add an exercise for the phrasal verbs. That's the hardest part in English for me.
Big Brain Booster
Even with limited workouts for free users, the app offers a great opportunity to keep important mental abilities on track. Thank you, developers!
Too much long noisy effects In the end of each exercise which user can’t skip
Dear Elevate team, please, fix it. As a user of Elvate app for two years , I want to say that there is too much noisy effects and unnecessary long “result-demonstrations” in the end of each exercise which I can’t skip . I mean long presentation of the ✅ sign in the end. For example the Clarity game or Word Parts, or Association game. Also the appearance of the scoring hexagon in the end is noisy and long too. I would like if that annoying long unskipable noisy result-demonstration would be skipable and I could move right to the next exercise of training . I hope you read the comment section. without warn and permission
downloaded the application and I didn’t like it and didn’t use it but wrote off the annual subscription, return the money
Something went wrong
I payed for the whole year and it’s written “download error” and nothing works! Give me back my money!
Bargain!
I downloaded the app out of curiosity, and decided to use a free trial at once as well. But the app didn’t work(and still doesn’t work). It gave me an error message trial at once about bad internet connection. I tried to restart the internet, WiFi and my phone and so on. Then I quit trying and completely forgot about the app, so yesterday it charged me for 1 year subscription. I saw a review below with the same problem, so I think it is useless to text to your support email. I would like to request a refund.
