We should have option to use free movie ticket at check out like website allowed us to do prior. Why do we have to go on site if I’m buying tickets together through app. I’ll have to buy 3 tickets for my family and have to go in person for free one and risk getting separated or sold out.
Already not impressed
I downloaded this app to buy tickets for inside out 2 this Friday (6/28). First red flag, I was not allowed to put my correct birthday in app, just the day I downloaded the app and the correct birth year. All other months are greyed out/ unable to be chose. Finally getting into the app and I choose my movie and my theater doesn’t even show up when I choose the date I want to watch the movie on.
Poor
It did not credit my account points, I use EVO often!!!!
Half works
App asks for me to sign in. I’m happy to do so, my family and I are frequent movie goers. However, after entering information, be directed to my email, then being directed to app again, app tells me something went wrong and I’m forced to proceed as a guest. First tried a 2 months ago, and still this is occurring.
Missing Movies
There was a specific movie I wanted to see and it seemed like they stopped showing it on the app but when I went to the theater website it is still showing. What’s the point.
It’s a bit slow
It took a minute to procrees the purchase
Can’t see all the showtimes at once
You have to click on every movie to see what day or time it is showing, there isn’t a way to see what movies are showing with their showtimes at one theater on a specific day. Zero stars.
Atleast make it work
EVO bought out Showbiz so I still want my points. I can’t enter into the app under my account because the verification button and the verification link from the email are broken. Please fix.
Easy To Navigate
Very easy to navigate when it comes to booking movies.
Oklahoma
If you’re going to take over a theater and have everything in said theater change over and force you to download this app…maybe put that theater on the app?
