Pathetic service 

They change the coach without even discussing with client. 

My bloods reports shown wrong data when I repeated blood tests reports came completely different.

Doctors with no experience doctors, doctors are least bothered about the side effects of medication what they prescribe. Mostly doctor interns or just passed out doctors

Fitness coach was ok. But no single app for exercise. Some other your tube video are shared for exercise

Don’t get fooled by fake adds in social site. Don’t go for the this service. 

It’s Big ZERO START rating.

I have been with the app for 6 months. I gained 3.5 kg instead of loosing anything. The dieticians provided just hear you and provide a very very generic diets. You can get better diets using chatGPT. They also claim a medical expert will followup every month to make sure the journey is medically guided however in 6 months i just had 2 sessions. The nutritionist and medical expert dont interact with other and they ask you to give them inputs which is very annoying. The two star i gave is for the fitness coach as they have been diligent and act more responsibly than the actual nutritionist

I raised a request to cancel my 6 months program and the customer support blatantly denied my request. I even suggested they charge me a cancellation fee which was denied again. The support agent said she will come back to me and it’s been 2 weeks I haven’t heard back from them. It’s just a money extraction platform.

I had high expectations from this personalized health program, but my experience has been disappointing so far. The fitness coach was unresponsive, often replying late and then saying all slots were full, making it difficult to schedule sessions. The dietitian’s revised plan was delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up. The diet recommendations also didn’t feel sufficiently personalized to my lifestyle and food preferences. A personalized health program should be proactive, practical, and responsive. I hope the team improves the quality and consistency of coaching, as the concept has a lot of potential.

This is more likely to be taken seriously than an emotional review because it focuses on specific shortcomings rather than making broad accusations.
