Tried using birthday free ticket. Can’t book on line. Went to theatre. Can’t use on opening weekend. 
Have tried using others without any success. Can’t book tickets through the app as Evo has two apps that don’t work together.

The theatre was very understaffed, it was difficult to order and when we received our food it was cold. It was hard to get in touch with a server and we never received our refills. The staff was very polite but you could tell they were not well supported and understaffed. Disappointed in this.

Multiple people have commented on the need for improvement of the app.  I have read the comments and there are similar comments from various people going back a few years.  Why aren’t you making the changes.  Update the app do that rewards members don’t have to enter all their information every time they make a purchase.  Allow the free movie tickets to be redeemed using the app instead of having to redeem them onsite. Increase the expiration date of free birthday tickets from 30 days.

The app is updated, as is my operating system…it’s glitchy and slow and will not work properly. 
I cannot get the movie times to load after I select the location (Schertz, TX) I have tried multiple times. Please correct the issue!

The file provided to download your ticket is not one commonly used. No ticket history on the app as well. No function to select what you are trying to do. I end up using my PC to purchase tickets online, even using the app to purchase tickets is a frustrating experience. Maybe it is just me but this app is useless, needs a new user interface. Logging g in is also a joke.

1. If the app stored your tickets when you purchase them so you don't have to go find the email. Tedious when you buy tickets during pre-sale

I have had this app since an Evo theatre opened near us years ago and it has not improved at all. As others have mentioned, you have to input ALL of your information on the app when purchasing tickets—name, email and payment. If even just your personal information was saved on the app and not the payment cards, it would still be a great improvement. There also needs to be a way to use your free tickets earned when buying tickets on the app. We’ve had so many tickets expire because we don’t live near enough to the theatre to be able to just swing by to buy tickets in person and use the free reward. And since the tickets have to be reserved, the best way is to purchase them online. Please make these two improvements and the app will be greatly improved! ***Unrelated to the app and it’s features—why are so many people leaving reviews for the ACTUAL THEATRE they go to? 😂 These are supposed to be reviews for the app so others can know if it’s worth it to download. Please leave your specific theatre location reviews to search engines and review sites on the internet, lol.
