## Elf Vision Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Shame"
Instructions won’t leave the screen when trying to scan advent boxes
-- Georgia710, 2025-12-03

### *---- "Worked for 10 minutes on day 1"
Worked amazingly on day 1 but will not return to the menu to allow scanning of drawers. Poor. Looks like nothing was done after last years reviews.
-- Tarquin Biscuit Barrel, 2025-12-02

### **--- "Poor"
There seems to have been numerous poor reviews from previous years and it seems nothing has been done about it. The app opened up to an AR snowball game with Conker the Elf but I didn’t have to scan anything to get that on. Very poorly executed and the developers seem to have ignored any reviews from the past.
-- Gazza2011, 2025-12-01

### *---- "Disappointing"
Just never worked!
-- Lameer, 2024-12-24

### ***-- "Hit and miss"
AR works well for me on the Advent and the 2nd Letter from Father Christmas but does not work on the 1st letter ( Good List Official Response). Development need to review this issue before you have lots of disappointed customers.
-- Rach99999999, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Disappointing"
Takes a long time for the letter to be picked up. Once it is picked up, even though my volume is right up as high as it will go, the app does not make any sound what so ever. Very disappointing and glad I haven’t shown this to my 4 year old
-- ChloeMasonJones, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Didn’t work. Very disappointed."
The app never worked, my daughter was trying every day - every day upset.
-- VivaAnna1725, 2024-12-10

### **--- "Good when it works"
First day using the app worked really well. Other days since the app has been temperamental and hasn’t loaded the AR experience. Hopefully there are fixes to these bugs

### ***** "So much fun!"
Children love it 🙂
