## Elgas New Zealand Reviews in New Zealand

### *---- "Please fix your App"
The user experience for your app is an absolute nightmare. It lags, has slow click through and is unresponsive, basically it doesn’t work. Even the request for feedback form doesn’t work. On occasion I’ve been late paying because the app glitches and doesn’t allow transactions. I have a background and certifications in graphic design and computer programming so I can speak with some authority. With this in mind, if I’m struggling to use your app, you can guarantee that less experienced users are going to have a heap of trouble.
-- Trishy K, 2024-02-05

### *---- "Terrible."
Absolutely terrible app. It was always clunky but now it’s not even functioning. I have to call Elgas now to order my gas.
-- Elgas customer, 2024-01-12

### *---- "App is USELESS"
Please fix your app. It’s crazy that the app is so unusable!! So unprofessional to have an app, and then leave it in a state that doesn’t functio. Sort it out.
-- Kiwigirljacks, 2023-12-15

### *---- "Terrible app and service!"
Impossible to use and navigate
A business the clearly doesn’t place any priority on its customers
-- .BBT., 2023-11-28

### *---- "This App needs help"
What is wrong with your app!!!? Last time I checked it was 2023. Please spend some money on making this app user friendly or bin it completely. Would recommend this company for RD deliveries the drivers I have dealt with are amazing it’s just disappointing that the app is letting them down.
-- Gimmick345, 2023-11-06

### *---- "Better to just send people to website"
App was so difficult to use, buttons kept disappearing and reappearing. Would be less frustrating to just delete the app from the App Store and let people order from the website.
-- Toamyc, 2023-06-13

### *---- "Worst app available"
What is the point of this app. You can’t update card details on it, half the time it times out mid order, asks if you’d like to give feedback then won’t let you… developers must’ve created this on a Friday at 3pm and dropped tools at 4 when they knew they could take ya money and that’s it.
-- DeezyNZ, 2023-05-24

### *---- "Terrible"
Terrible app. Why do I have to log in every time I go to another part of the app? Can’t check on delivery either. Absolutely annoying and useless.
-- lizashdan, 2023-05-08

### *---- "Hopeless app"
Every six months Elgas releases a complete new App design, which requires you to set up from scratch (again). The app experience on smartphones is horrible! Please employ a decent app developer that knows what they’re doing, because your current one doesn’t.
-- bulkhead22, 2022-08-26

### *---- "Useless app"
The only reason I use elgas is because no one else will service my house. Although the service is great, the new update to the app makes it seem like more of a joke. Please just invest a little into the app to make it user friendly AND functional. Everytime I use it I need to add my credentials and every time I use it there is always a problem. For a big brand, your app is the joke of them all. Please just make it functional
