Been a customer for over 10 years and the service has always been spot on. -- Murph6687, 2026-07-03 ### *---- "Warning" Do not use this App. Call the telephone number for Elite Cars. The people are nicer and it costs half the price. Pretty disappointed by the experience. :( -- Enjaybe719, 2025-08-25 ### ***** "👍" Excellent Service, Always on time -- ahmer abbasi, 2024-10-17 ### *---- "VERY ANGRY" This has happened to me a few times now! I book a taxi and they keep u updated which is good but suddenly they CANCEL UR BOOKING AFTER U PAY! Then they say why did u cancel Please me carful I rather use Uber then this -- hollyrose1995, 2022-10-23 ### ***-- "Sue Jenkins" I just took an elite taxi from LowerEarley to Reading train station. The taxi arrived earlier than I expected. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. The car was clean and immaculate and the journey was quick and enjoyable. I would recommend anyone who asked me to use Elite taxis. The car was a Black Toyota LM59NVV. Did not get the drivers name but please thank him from me for an excellent service. -- bengie3, 2020-02-17 ### *---- "Very poor. Needs development" App wouldn’t give estimated cost. App didn’t pin point my location. App wouldn’t cancel booking. App deleted -- Turbomckelvie, 2018-11-10 ### ***-- "App appeared to be confused by time one changes" I was able to make a taxi booking on Elite Cars Wokingham from slow plane WiFi. Luckily I added a message with my flight number and arrival time, because when I received a notification asking ‘how was your ride?’ 5 hours early, I rechecked my booking and it’d moved to 4 hours early. Also the message history was missing and the taxi couldn’t be tracked, I think because when I landed the app had deleted the booking. So, the pickup was still a success but lots of confusion with this app. The same app had worked fine in the past with a booking made in the UK. -- N P R, 2018-02-16 [View all Elite Cars reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Elite Cars Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/elite-cars-iAm/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/elite-cars-iAm/ireland) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/elite-cars-iAm/germany) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/elite-cars-iAm/finland) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/elite-cars-iAm/sweden) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
