App crashed and stopped communicating with keypad and there is no obvious way to contact the developer!

Very slow to connect, sometimes wont connect at all. Almost at a point of deleting app as seems like its a waste of time.

Downloaded the app and connected to our panel with MAC address and serial number but in the app just shows connection unhealthy. Even though i can bring up history etc just can’t control the alarm

Application is very user friendly and easy to you. I hope it could show the garage door open/closed too.

If you purchase this app you have been scammed and wasted your money! They do not support their app, you can never rely on the system so you will always have your backup keys close by. Endless support requests went nowhere. Just go find something else. This app and company should be removed from the app store. Their AAP hardware is so low grade I think a rock is better. You have been warned!!

Nothing but problems since paying for multiple sites on this app. One site does not connect at all although I have triple checked the panel has a connection. Another site shows “Unhealthy Connection” only after firmware upgrade and now won’t connect. I regret paying the subscription fee.

Too many issues with loosing connection. Also have had to reboot to prevent keypad beeping constantly.

We having problems all the time to switch alma of remotely.

This app is terrible, a lot of the time it fails to connect. Then at other times the alarm system drops off the app entirely, meaning I have to re-add it using the MAC address and serial number. Very unreliable, the old app was far better!
