Wonderful App!!

It has become part of my daily routine and it’s made wonders in strengthening my core values. I share daily inspirations with my son as well.

Didn’t expect it’s so good

Really helpful , and when you not sure of your self, it’s helping you to return to your values and what you really want .

Very helpful app.

I use this app in conjunction with Fabulous, and I’ve seen improvements in all the facets of my life. This app is most useful as a journaling aid, as it gives different prompts to reflect on every day. It also tells you how to build your values (very important for mindsets!) and it has different coaching sessions, for every problem you can think of. If you’re looking to improve your mental health, get this app. I know you’ll learn something about yourself every day. (Ps. If you’re worried about the price, it’s $50 for a year- that’s little more than a dime a day.)

Unlike the Fabulous app which focuses on habit building, Elixir focuses on finding and incorporating your values into your life. The check-ins feel more like journal prompts/questions that you can answer as passively or as deeply as you like. I like that there’s no pressure to check things off throughout the day.

This company has great ideas, but they have spread their efforts into like 6 apps. Each is weaker for it. None have the value they should. Make one app, charge a premium price (Nothing is Free) and stop treating us like cash cows ripe for the milking. Thank you. We will pay for quality. Respect your clients.

Inspiring

Elixir is like cleaning your glasses or clearing your eyes, stretching up and relaxing, with your shoulders straightened, eyes finally on the path ahead.

Great so far!

I started using this app about 4 days ago.. with that being said I can’t speak on the long term use of the app but I can speak on short term use. In the days I have used it, I feel it’s been extremely helpful. It’s great for motivation, finding values, finding your purpose. Of course only you can answer that question but it guides you to help you answer those questions. Small steps at a time but helps do little things daily for big change in the future. I will continue to use it.
