## Ella Description
Ella is a sight-singing ear-training app that helps you improve your musical ear with fun and engaging exercises.

It uses the microphone to detect your pitch and provide accurate evaluation and feedback. The tuner’s pitch detection helps you to adjust your singing.

Features:
- Wide variety of exercises
- On-screen tuner in every exercise
- Intonation and interval evaluation
- Detailed graph of your singing pitch
- Practice mode lets you listen before playing
- Play mode that tests your skills
- High-score tracking for each exercise

## Ella Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not working"
Doesn’t help, won’t tell me what I’m doing wrong, I’ve tried over and over like 50 times
-- Meowkakakaka, 2024-12-20

### ***** "Wonderful"
Clever, effective, and very enjoyable way to explore solfege. Bravo.
-- oleander parks, 2024-11-26

### ***** "Very useful"
This app is helping me see what I need to work on as a singer, practice & listen back.
-- Solche1, 2024-10-28

### ***** "Very useful"
I wish I had it when I was learning to sight-sing back in the days. Super useful!
-- TyommmaM, 2024-09-13

### ***** "Love it so far"
Yesss
-- Shaybutterband, 2024-08-18

### ***** "Great app - not just for voice"
I have been playing the flute for two years but still sometimes struggle with sight reading and playing in tune and with good tone right off the bat (I have to play a few notes to make sure my tone is right). I tried apps made for instruments and flutes specifically, but they all seem to not work or require pricey subscriptions to access any of the useful features. I can’t vouch for other instruments (like a sax or violin), but this app works great for the flute. It is helping me improve my sight reading and I set the range for what I am less comfortable playing so I get more practice with that. It is a really clean app design with a really good (and free) interface!
-- Genshin617, 2024-06-24

### ***** "Simply the best"
This is such an essential and vital app to have!!! Plus it just keeps getting better. I’m also in love with Chet. Mad respect for the developers!!!
-- Review amendment, 2024-05-24

### ***** "Incredible!"
This is such a great resource for improving your reading abilities as a musician. Examples in major and minor; simple and compound (or duple and triple, depending on your philosophy) meters. Can’t recommend enough!!
-- Happy/Sad Singer, 2024-05-05

### ***** "I can’t believe this is a free"
An fun and good use of time for practicing sight-singing. I had syncing issues at first between my iPhone and Apple Silicon MacBook, but the next time I opened the app on my iPhone, everything was synced!
-- scarbearer, 2024-03-13

### ***** "The App I Always Wanted"
This app is exactly what I wanted for my solfège, voice and ear training. I normally don’t write reviews on App Store, but this app truly deserves a five star review. Also the developers made the app as is a game so it is fun to practice. I love it!
