Asking for too much personal data

Why would I want to give your company so much of my personal data when I just want to do a quick covid check? You even compulsorily ask for location and notifications. That’s nonsense.

Bought a new test kit, App said that the test has been used before

The test kit I bought was completely new from my local Walgreens. Everything in packaging and looks clean. App said that the test kit was previously used and refused to do my test. Waste of time and money! I am angry. Also, the ellume website is down and customer support is non existent so that’s just perfect.

It says it has a issue how come it has expiration date

This Covid test product was sold to me as one that would be appropriate for a person with visual impairment. Not only is the app not very visible it cannot be manipulated to make it more visible. Further, I keep getting invalid test results before I even try to submit a test. What a waste of space what a waste of resources and what a waste of my time.

Worst test kit, how could this product be manufactured. The company should be out of business!

Scam. DO NOT BUY!

Followed the instructions and tried two kits in a row. Guess what, both of the kits were previous used and would not connect to my phone. Totally waste of money and time. Stay away.
