### *---- "Dit moet wel de slechtst app ooit zijn"
Wat een drama. Vertaling slecht, niet intuïtief - gewoon echt heel erg slecht.

Erg matige app met slechte vertaling: ‘Schuld’ geeft kennelijk aan dat batterij percentage laag is en ik krijg net een melding ‘niet storen’. Geen idee wat er aan de hand is. Als er brand is wordt er wel een melding gestuurd naar je telefoon, maar moet je alsnog eerst op de app kijken wat er aan de hand is. Lijkt me verstandiger om de berichten zelf te ontvangen.

Bij loskoppelen connect apparaat ben je alle instellingen kwijt.

Bij vals alarm (bijvoorbeeld rook in de keuken) zie ik geen mogelijkheid om snel in de app het alarm uit te zetten. Bij alarm gaan alle melders af en volgens mij moet je op het alarm dat afgaat klikken. Dat lijkt me niet zo heel slim bedacht. Als er echt brand is en je weet dat wil je niet ook nog een harde piep in je oor. Dan lijkt het me wel handig dat je alles in de app of via een andere melder kunt uitzetten. Misschien zie ik iets over het hoofd, maar ik ben er niet super tevreden over.

Ook gaan de batterijen snel op als de WiFi verbinding niet zo sterk is. Dit soort apparaten werken met de 2.4 GHz band en vaak is er veel storing binnen een dual netwerk. Ik heb daarom de 2,4 en 5 GHz netwerken maar gescheiden.

### **--- "Vreselijke vertaling"
De app doet wat hij moet doen (in mijn geval de rookmelders uitlezen), maar wat een vreselijke Nederlandse vertaling zit er in. Zelfs als oeroude Hollander is het niet te begrijpen. Google translate doet het zelfs beter. Helaas kan ik de app niet in het Engels krijgen anders dan mijn hele telefoon in het Engels te schakelen.

Werkt niet goed meer.
Ik krijg steeds foutmelding.
Ook een hele toer om het geheel te installeren..
Spijt dat ik deze gekocht heb!

### **--- "Werkt opeens niet meer"
Timer doet het niet. De temperatuur van de radiatorknoppen blijven op 20 of 21 graden staan terwijl je ze hebt ingesteld op een andere temp. Bij opnieuw installeren doordat hij in storing is gegaan verlies je de instellingen van de timer van de radiatorknoppen.
De onderste knoppen in het instellingsscherm begrijp ik niet.

Na de update naar V2.0.0 blijft de app op IOS crashen direct na openen. Dit duurt nu al een aantal weken.

Kan mijn apparaten niet connecten met mijn 2.4 WiFi netwerk. Alle smart home apparaten werken gewoon behalve de producten van ELRO.

### *---- "Not too impressed ELRO connect K1"
After a app update I lost connection with all sensors unknowingly. 
App cannot connect to my router, and it seems impossible to switch to another WIFI point. So have to factory reset the whole thing. Not nice with 18 sensors in a 4 story home.
Hopefully a new update will fix these points, pity because the K1 system has some very nice features.

### *---- "Zelfs een techneut krijgt het niet aan de praat"
Ondanks de slechte retenties op verschillende sites toch besloten een rookmelder set aan te schaffen. Dat 2.4 Wifi probleem kom ik wel omheen. Maar gewoon een nieuw 2.4ghz signaal aan waar alleen deze set op draait. Nou vergeet het maar app kan geen verbinding maken. Veel verschillende settings geprobeerd niets werkt. 

Set gaat retour...
