I used this app for approximately a year with a yearly subscription. I practiced for more than 2100 minutes during the year. The idea is good; however, the user journey is not easy, usability is limited and glitches are annoying. I hope they can improve the experience so I can renew my subscription. For now, I decided not to continue with Elsa Speak.
This latest update is just some garbage! I can no longer see how I pronounce words, this feature has just been removed. In some exercises, I can't pronounce some sounds - and I can't miss these exercises! It's very demotivating!
The app is trash! On iPhone 12 Pro Max , it crashes almost every 10mins, and when it crashes like that you’d have to restart your lesson. If the app doesn’t crash it just stuck for almost a minute trying to grade your speech, even with blazing internet. It’s completely frustrating, I regret paying for premium otherwise I’d have just cancelled.
It’s a very good program for improving English language if you need a good program I suggest you to download this program because it’s necessary for us I hope good practice for all
App quá nhiều lỗi, thường xuyên tự thoát ra hay không nhận giọng người học. Mỗi lần học thấy mệt mỏi, nản không muốn học vì toàn lỗi. Nên đi cải thiện app thay vì quảng cáo liên tục để bán với chất lượng ngày một đi xuống.
Lừa đảo tôi đã đăng ký dùng thử nhưng đã huỷ ngay sau đó và họ vẫn tiếp tục gia hạn tự động 1 năm và tôi mất 157$ vì điều đó . Làm ơn sửa chữa và trả lại tiền . Tôi không muốn mất tiền vô lý như thế này đâu
