I cancelled the free trial but still got the billing over 200+. I’m not even using this app. Deleted the app a long ago.

And when the roleplay ask me I'm now happy
Constantly having errors
Frequently can’t not record/ capture my voice.

Amazing app to learn English from Beginner
I found this app really helpful and improve my listening skills, pronunciation and better understanding in English words. Great app!
Auto Subscription
Functions of the apps itself is nice, but I am fed-up with its ‘auto subscription’ setting which straight away renew an annual plan for me after the free trial without seek for my approval or acknowledgment. I did not even aware I had paid for it until I was prompted that my Apple Pay was having insufficient balance. Though the function is nice, but I am really sick of this kind of auto subscription setting.
It’s bad
Elsa can’t detect my voice even i practiced in the quiet place and approve the microphone. I even uninstalled, and downloaded it back but it stills can’t detect my voice. I’m truly disappointed. I don’t want to rate this app at all.
