Bardzo fajna aplikacja do pracy nad wymową w bardzo szerokim zakresie tematów. Rzadko pojawia się opcja przetłumaczenia słowa co dla mnie utrudnia płynność bo muszę wyjść z programu , żeby przetłumaczyć jakieś słowo lub zdanie. Brakuje też opcji powtarzania słów w celu utrwalenia, chyba że ja nie potrafię znaleźć
Update: waste of money
Update 04 Jan: I used the app for some weeks. It was great. But recently it's getting worse and worse: freezes, crashes, no backend response. I WANT A REFUND, 1/5 star Update 30 Dec 2024: I want my hard earned money back. Seriously, the service is unavailable more and more often. Now only 1/5 of phrases go to the backend. 2/5 stars 19 Dec 2024: 3/5 stars The app itself is magnificent! All the functionalities, pronunciation detection, AI features. The only downside as a paying customer is overly frequent "red message" when the audio is sent for processing. Not only the timeout is too long (10s is laughably long) but also the amount recently increased to almost 1 in 3 messages. I tried on two independent networks and it happens on both.

It's been unusable lately. It returns feedback very slowly, often not even providing it. Additionally, the application likes to crash randomly.

Annoying Ads and New Paywall for a Previously Purchased App
I purchased the lifetime subscription for the ELSA app and have used it for years. Unfortunately, the app has always had issues with usability and navigation and annoying ads every day, that have never been fixed, despite leaving feedback. Now, after years of dealing with these problems, ELSA has decided to hide the advanced mode behind another paywall, even for those of us who have already paid for lifetime access. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a breach of trust. Not what I expected from a product I invested in long-term
Freezing, no sound after the first question or dialog
I have been using Elsa Speak for some time as a paid customer. Recently I decided to use it again and I even bought bundle with Speech analyser and AI. What a mistake… In the current form the app does not work - it freezes quite often, restarts and every time I start any exercise, the app stops playing any sound. No matter how I try to use “replay” option or restart the app, it fails. I am going to demand a full refund.
