Great content, but not the app
The method of learning is great and I really enjoyed it, but the application is extremely annoying. It crashes all the time and is slow. There is a plenty of room for UX improvement.

I haven’t improved my pronounciation
It’s a good app to exercise, there were mistakes I made before that I had no idea. But for some areas it’s hard to make progress. Frequently I get the information from the app that it was excellent made exercise but in a moment your score goes down.

One and only app for advanced learning with a great program for pronunciation improvement
Great services, poor app
Poor and buggy app. It's poor because of the lack of fundamental features like editing lists of saved items. There is a lot of annoying bugs causing freezing during speaking, during progressing with a lesson or during viewing recordings from youglish.com. It's common to ignore various button click events so e.g. all of a sudden I can't replay recording of my speech because app doesn't react. The app also "forgets" about my subscription from time to time and blocks most of the content. The underlying services are really great but the app ruins the overall user experience. New fancy extra paid features won't compensate the app flaws so please focus on the app improvement.
Addictive but underdeveloped
Problems with dividing sentences into words when reproducing pronunciation - cuts off words. Too many ads for courses and certificates in the paid version. The main tab is unreadable - too much information, banners. Why is there a social section on the main page? The pronunciation improvement from the main tab is great, but it quickly stops showing new courses, and the remaining lessons in the skills section are not as good. Add British or more neutral pronunciation. The pronunciation in the newer courses seems to be more neutral, but you have a lot of videos signed as American English. Sometimes the button to listen to your own pronunciation does not appear. Additionally, there is no dark mode.

Only problems
I have problems with the application all the time. The app can't hear what I'm saying. I can't do pronunciation exercises. Restarting doesn't help. I bought access for a year and it was a mistake. At the moment the application makes no sense to me and is useless.
I gave up
I bought one year access and that was a mistake. At first all seemed ok but after a while I was getting the same feed to practice over and over again. I tried contacting the service about it, nothing really seemed to change and eventually they did not respond. Waste of time and money.
