I have to delete the app and redownload it for it to work again. This problem happens on both my iphones (i use 2 devices, one for work, one personal) so this can’t be because of the phone itself. Please look into this. I’m considering to unsubscribe if this problem happens often again.
I generally like this app as it helps improve my pronunciation effectively, which is the main reason I downloaded it. The lessons are well-structured and engaging. However, there’s a major issue that has been frustrating me: the app crashes consistently while I’m in the middle of a lesson. Every time this happens, I have to restart the entire lesson, which is incredibly annoying and wastes my time. Considering I paid $70 for an annual subscription, I expected better performance and stability. While the app is not cheap, I feel the crashing issue detracts from the value I’m getting. Please fix this issue soon, as it’s the only thing stopping me from fully enjoying and recommending this app to others.

The app crashes all the time. Every time I use (on Iphone), it crashes at least 3-4 times and all progress of a lesson is gone. Super annoying
The first sentence of English too deep. This has to start with a simple. I just have to learn the tone. But this app is to hard to Learning. Everyone has a time. But it is impossible to follow your time. You must add a virtual assistant. We easy to join to learning. And have more Language to choose, let’s we easy to search , find the main words.
