## Elvie Trainer Description
Elvie Trainer is a fun and easy way to strengthen and tone your pelvic floor for results in as little as 4 weeks.

It's your most personal trainer, providing motivation through real-time feedback, personalized targets, measurable progress and timely reminders.

Get the most out of your Kegels and enjoy the lifetime benefits of a strong pelvic floor: improved bladder control, postnatal recovery and even sex!

This app only works with the Elvie Trainer device (get yours at elvie.com). Once you have downloaded the app, connect it with your Kegel trainer to be guided through fun, 5-minute workouts.

Using cutting edge technology Elvie Trainer visualizes your muscle movements and detects if you are exercising incorrectly. As you squeeze, the gem in your app lifts, and the stronger you contract the higher it lifts.

Designed with women's bodies and lives in mind, Elvie Trainer has won more than 15 awards, was included in the Oscar nominee goody bag and is recommended by more than 1,000 health professionals.

## Elvie Trainer Reviews in United Kingdom

### ****- "A great invention"
It’s hard work but just shows how much it’s required! It’s very easy to use and you can feel that it’s working!
The only problem that happens quite frequently is that once the first exercise is finished it can take several minutes for it to register and move on - tried reloading the app but it doesn’t help.
-- 99999999999999990999000000000, 2024-08-03

### ****- "I wish there were more games/modes"
Hi, so i think this is really nice but i wish the exercises were a bit more varied. The pulse is like 5 in a row, if you miss, you miss, and there’s no way to just keep exercising the same.
-- cristina morariu, 2024-06-22

### ***** "Very impressed with results"
Only used my Elvie for a few weeks and already noticing a huge difference in my pelvic floor.

The activities that change as you move up a grade keep you interested in trying again to achieve the next level.

Definitely recommend… in fact my friend has now now bought one on my recommendation
-- Event results, 2024-04-22

### *---- "Disconnects constantly mid-workout"
I spent £170 and the app disconnects at least 3 times a workout and I have to try reconnect several times and start again. For the price you’d think the app would work.
-- RubyTuesday84, 2023-12-12

### ***** "Fabulous"
Does what it says. Worth the money and worth your effort. 10/10
-- StarMonster69, 2023-11-21

### ***** "Great product"
Persistence is key but definitely has improved my pelvic floor
-- Nsmxjxjd, 2023-11-09

### *---- "No change in format"
The exercises have not changed for over 2 years. They are dull with poor graphics. It makes the exercises difficult to maintain over the long term
-- Very bored., 2023-10-19

### ****- "Please add the sound 😊"
Please add the sound 🙌🙃
-- ipumi777, 2023-07-24

### ***** "Scepticism overcome!"
I was sceptical at the outset as to whether the Elvie trainer would work or whether I’d lose interest but a couple of months in and the improvement is clear and I’m still exercising regularly! Excellent!
-- baldwrs, 2023-06-02

### ***** "Great results quickly"
I’ve tried many ways to improve my stress incontinence over the last 5 years but they have all been lengthy exercises and not shows great results. I’ve been using this for 2 months, doing 3 quick 5 minute workouts per week and I’ve already seen a great difference. I’ve even been able to start running without any leaks.
