### *---- "Bug in registration"
On iPhone 14 last os version - use google auth for registration , app ask to phone number. I put Bulgarian number- click verification with sms and nothing happened.
So application just useless for people who not yet registered.

### *---- "Not Happy!"
I have lost more money over the years than I can’t count because of seller mistakes, defective products and mostly EMAG policies that do not protect the buyers. The seller sends the wrong item? Guess what, even if by some miracle you get a refund, the refund does not cover the delivery taxes and payment taxes and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The application is buggy, the help chat does not work, I constantly get packages from Romania without anyone informing me even if I need something urgently. The site is full of non-original replicas that you can buy from Temu for 10 times cheaper prices. One time I bought a paper-like screen protector for 40 euros, it was 2 cm wider only on one side but I realised it after applying it with all the bubbles - guess if you can return it or get a refund in that condition….I am never buying anything again unless I don’t have any other options.
-- VTerziyski, 2026-08-10

-- Donna6666, 2026-08-10

### *---- "Incorrect delivery information"
Ordered two items from these guys and after placing the order received an sms confirmation that the items will be delivered on the 4th of August after 9 am. Swell! Well apparently one of the items will be deliver on the 4th and the other on the 6th. Different delivery information and status on the app, website and sms. Abysmal communication and the AI chat bot is atrocious. 1 star cause the items might actually get delivered. Won’t be ordering from this company again if I can help it.
-- Fibzeyz, 2026-08-05

-- AzAumBe, 2026-08-05

### ****- "I like it"
It very good i like it
-- Gosho6969, 2026-08-03

### *---- "disgusting experience"
Shopping through this platform is a disgusting experience. Once you buy something they don't refund, you can't change it, that's it. I ordered shoes, I received a completely different model of slippers and I couldn't return or exchange them. Now when ordering I made a mistake in the size, I wrote to them immediately and a week later I received the wrong order.... I will never order from here again!
-- Bilyanavelikova, 2026-08-01

### *---- "Fraud"
I’ve made an order and more than a month after the expected delivery date not just haven’t I received anything, but support stopped responding, I did not get a refund. At certain point the explanation was that the parcel was lost on the way and I’ll get refund within 2-5 days but nothing happened.

I highly warn against using the app and the services of this online shop.
